|a الهدف من البحث: تأصيل التعددية السياسية في الشريعة الإسلامية. بيان ضرورة التعددية، وأنها من ضرورات استقرار الدولة. وضع ضوابط للتعددية السياسية. المنهج المتبع: المنهج الاستدلالي، والمقارن، والتطبيقي. النتائج: لا تعارض بين التعددية كمصطلح وضعي وتطبيقاتها في الشريعة الإسلامية. للتعددية السياسية ضرورة كونها تمثل نظرية سياسية لازمة للنظام السياسي. تعدد الجماعات ضروري لوحدة الدولة، بل هي مما يساعد على استقرارها. إن التعددية ليست مطلبا في ذاتها، وإنما هي وسيلة لتحقيق المصلحة العامة. التوصيات: يراعى في تكوين الجماعات، ضابط تحقيق المصلحة كونه من أهم مقاصد وغايات الشريعة الإسلامية. توجيه المشرعين إلى وضع الضوابط الملائمة لتكوين الجماعات ومراقبتها مع إتاحة الفرصة لها للتعبير عن الرأي دون اعتداء أو تضييق، إلا بـما يسمح به القانون لتحقيق مصلحة، أو لمنع مفسدة.

|b The Objective of the Research: Political pluralism reference in Islamic law. Explaining the necessity of pluralism and that it is important for state's stability. Set regulations of political pluralism. Approach: The deductive, comparative, and applied approach. Results: There is no contradiction between pluralism as a statutory term and its application in Islamic Shari'a. Political pluralism is necessary as it represents a political theory that is important for the political system. Groups pluralism is necessary for the unity of the state, and this helps with its stability. Pluralism itself is not a requirement, but a manner to achieve public interest. Recommendations: It is taken into account, when forming a group, the regulation of achieving the interest as it is one of the most important aims and objectives of the Islamic Shari'a. Directing legislators to set regulations for the formation and monitoring of groups while giving them the opportunity to express their opinion without aggression or restriction, except for what is permitted by law in order to achieve the interest or to prevent corruption.
