|a يعد القياس من الأدلة المعتبرة التي اعتنى حنة بها الفقهاء والأصوليون في تشريعات الأحكام، وقد كان لدليل القياس أثر كبير وواضح في أبواب المعاملات في الفقه الإسلامي؛ حيث كان- كما هو شأنه في أبواب الفقه الإسلامي- مصدرا كبيرا من مصادر استنباط الأحكام الشرعية في هذا الباب. وفي هذا البحث يحاول الباحث بيان دور القياس في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية في باب المعاملات في الفقه الإسلامي؛ من خلال التنظير لذلك، وتقديم نموذج تطبيقي لهذا الدور ومناقشتها، وذلك تحت عنوان (القياس وتطبيقاته في المعاملات المعاصرة)."

|b The analogy is one of the considered evidence that the jurists and the fundamentalists have taken care of in the legislation of the rulings. It was- as it is in the chapters of Islamic jurisprudence- a great source of deduction of legal rulings in this section. In this research, the researcher tries to show the role of analogy in deducing legal rulings in the chapter on transactions in Islamic jurisprudence. Through theorizing for this, and presenting and discussing an applied model for this role, under the title (Measurement and its Applications in Contemporary Transactions)."
