المستخلص: إن عملية القدرة على تطبيق المبادئ في ظروف العمل المتباينة تسمى أسس العمل أو نظرية الأسس الإدارية والتي يجب أن تستخدم في صناعة الرياضة كما هو الحال في الصناعات الأخرى لأن كثير من أعمال الرياضة تقام في ضوء نظرية المحاولة والخطأ لحل المشكلات التي تتعلق بالرياضة والنتيجة دائما هي الفشل ومن ثم يجب على المؤسسات الرياضية أن تسعى إلى تقوية المبادئ والأسس بشكل دائم فهذه النظرية لا يمكن إهمالها، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وضع مجموعة من الأسس الفنية والإدارية للمسابقات المحلية والدولية التي ينظمها الاتحاد المصري للمصارعة بغرض تطوير الأداء الفني للمصارعين المصريين. حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري للمصارعة وفروعه وعددهم (١٠)، المدربين وعددهم (١٤)، الاداريين وعددهم (٥)، اللاعبين واللاعبات وعددهم (٤١) وذلك بإجمالي (٧٠) فرد، هذا وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة. وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات. واستخدمت المعالجات الاحصائية المناسبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد مجموعة من الأسس الفنية والإدارية للمسابقات تساهم في تطوير الأداء الإداري والفني للمسابقات بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعة والتي تمثلت في الأسس العامة للمسابقات، الاشتراطات الفنية والادارية للمشاركة في المسابقات، رسوم الاشتراك في المسابقات، برنامج مسابقات المصارعة الرومانية، برنامج مسابقات المصارعة الحرة، المراحل السنية الرسمية التي تقام بها مسابقات الاتحاد، البطولات التي يتم التنافس فيها، جوائز اللاعبين الفائزين، الشكاوى والاحتجاجات، أمن المباراة، الجزاءات والعقوبات.

The process of being able to apply principles in divergent working conditions is called the foundations of work or the theory of administrative foundations, which should be used in the sports industry as in other industries because many of the works of sports are held in the light of the theory of attempt and error to solve problems related to sports and the result is always failure Therefore, the sports institutions must strive to strengthen the principles and foundations permanently, this theory can not be neglected. (10: 23) This study aims to develop a set of technical and administrative bases for local and international competitions organized by the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in order to develop the technical performance of Egyptian wrestlers. The study was applied to a random stratified sample of the members of the board of directors of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation and its branches (10), trained (14), administrators (5), players and players (41) and a total of (70) individuals. Descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the study. A questionnaire form designed by the researchers was used as the main tool in data collection. Appropriate statistical treatments were used. The study found a set of technical and administrative bases for the competitions that contribute to the development of the administrative and technical performance of competitions in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation, which were represented in the general bases of the competitions, the technical and administrative requirements for participation in the competitions, the participation fees in the competitions, the Roman wrestling competitions program, the free wrestling competitions program, the stages Official year of the Federation competitions, competitions, winners' awards, complaints and protests, match security, penalties and penalties.
