المستخلص: الأكاديميات الرياضية هي مؤسسة رياضية يتم فيها تعلم بعض المهارات الرياضية للأفراد المشتركين فيها بهدف الوقوف على مستواهم البدني والمهاري ومعرفة نواحي الضعف والقوة والعمل على معالجة نواحي الضعف وتحسين نواحي القوة. لتفعيل دور الأكاديميات في المجال الرياضي لابد من وجود إطار قانوني وإداري وفني ينظم عملها ويؤسس لإطار رقابي يتيح للاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة الوقوف على حقيقة دورها وآلية الارتقاء به بما يساهم في تطوير استراتيجية الرياضة المصرية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وضع لائحة إدارية وفنية للأكاديميات الرياضية بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة. تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من أساتذة الإدارة وكرة السلة والعاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة، المدير الفني لقطاع ناشئين فرق كرة السلة، المدير الفني بالأكاديميات الخاصة لكرة السلة وذلك بإجمالي (71) فرد، وهذا قد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة. وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات واستخدمت المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع لائحة إدارية وفنية للأكاديميات الرياضية بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة والتي اشتملت على عدة محاور رئيسية وهي (أهداف اللائحة ونطاق تطبيقها، تصنيف الأكاديميات الرياضية، الشروط والمعايير الإدارية شروط الانضمام للأكاديمية- شروط التسجيل- شروط الانتقالات، أنواع البرامج المقدمة، الشروط والمعايير الفنية، الأجهزة الإدارية والتدريبية، والمؤهلات والخبرات، الحقوق والواجبات الخاصة بالأكاديميات واللاعبين، الجهة المسئولة عن الرقابة على الأكاديميات الرياضية.

Sports academies are a sports institution in which some sports skills are learned for the individuals participating in it in order to learn about their physical and skill level, learn about weaknesses and strengths, and work to address areas of weakness and improve aspects of strength. To activate the role of academies in the sports field, there must be a legal and administrative framework that organizes their work and establishes a supervisory framework that allows the state to find out the truth about its role and the mechanism for its advancement in a way that contributes to the development of the Egyptian sports strategy. This study aims to develop an organizational and technical bylaw for the academies of the Egyptian Basketball Federation. The study was applied to a random sample of administration and basketball professors and workers in the Egyptian Basketball Federation, the technical director of the junior sector of basketball teams, the technical director of the private basketball academies, with a total of (71) individuals, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method in order to suit the nature of the study. A questionnaire form designed by the two researchers was used as a main tool in data collection and appropriate statistical treatments were used, and the study reached a technical and organizational bylaw for the academies of the Egyptian Basketball Federation. Which included several main axes, which are (the objectives of the regulation and the scope of its application, classification of sports academies, administrative conditions and standards, conditions for joining the academy - conditions for registration - conditions for transfers, types of programs offered, technical conditions and standards, administrative and training bodies, qualifications and experiences, rights and duties of academies and players, the entity Responsible for monitoring sports academies
