يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى القيم التربوية وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات الاجتماعية لمدربي السباحة وذلك من خلال بناء مقياس القيم التربوية لمدرب السباحة وبناء مقياس للمتغيرات الاجتماعية وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب المسخر نظرا للأمنه لطبيعة البحث. * عينة البحث: قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وقوامها (١٣٠ مدرب) وتم إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية على عينة قوامها (٣٠ مدرب) من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارجها وذلك بهدف التأكد من وضوح وفهم العينة لعبارات المقياس. الاستخلاصات: • توصيل الباحث إلى مقياس القيم التربوية للمدربين والذي يضم (٥) محاور وهم: (القيم الجمالية - القيم الاجتماعية - القيم المعرفية - تحمل المسئولية - التنافس) • توصيل الباحث إلى مقياس المتغيرات الاجتماعية للمدربين والذي يضم (٤) محاور وهم: (التعاون - المشاركة - احترام الآخرين - الولاء - الانضباط) * وتم تحليل البيانات وفقا للأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: (المتوسط الحسابي - الانحراف المعياري - معامل الارتباط - النسبة المئوية – الأهمية النسبية - كا٢).
* The research aims to identify the level of educational values and their relationship to some social variables among swimming coaches this is trough building a mea sure of educational values for swimming coaches and building a measure of social variables. using the descriptive method and the survey method due to its relevance to the nature of the research a the research . sample:- The researcher selected the research sample using the deliberate method and consisted of 130 trainers, and the basic study was conducted on a sample of 100 trainers. the exploratory study was also conducted on a sample of 30 trainers from the same research community and outside in order to ensure of the clarity and under of the sample of the scale phrases. - clarification of the method of answering the scale phrases. Abstracts:- connecting the researcher to the education values - measure for trainers, which includes 5 axes (aesthetic - social - Know ledge values - bearing responsibility competition - connecting the researcher to the social variables measure for trainers, which includes 4 axes (cooperation - participation-respect for others - loyalty - discipline) Data were anylyzed according to the following statistical methods :- (SMA - standard deviation - correlation coefficient - Percentage - Relative importance - Ka2)
