المستخلص: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين وبعد تتجه الدراسات الحديثة إلى رصد التطور الذي يصيب لغة الحياة اليومية، والأسباب الداعية إلى هذا التطور من خلال مستوياتها الأربع (الصوتية والصرفية والتركيبية والدلالية) وأهم هذه التطورات والأسباب الداعية إليها، وصور هذا التطور المختلفة. وتعد لهجة (برج البرلس) إحدى هذه اللهجات التي تميزت بمجموعة من الصور النطقية التي استوجبت رصدها وتحليلها والبحث في أهم صورها، وقد تبين من خلال البحث أن هذه البيئة قد تميزت بمجموعة من الخصائص النطقية التي انفردت بها عن غيرها من اللهجات، وقد حاولت فيها جاهدة أن أقف على تلك الخصائص النطقية لتلك البيئة من خلال رصد علاقتها بالفصحى أولا، وأهم الصور التي فارقت فيها الفصحى والأسباب الداعية إلى ذلك ثانيا، والوقوف على أهم النتائج التي ترتبت على هذا الرصد والتحليل ثالثا. وقد استخدمت في هذه البحث المنهج الوصفي، الذي يصلح لمثل هذه الدراسة، واكتفيت في هذه الدراسة بالوصف والتحليل دون أدنى محاكمة لطبيعة اللهجة، أو صورها النطقية أو الحكم عليها بالصواب أو الخطأ، حتى تكون النتائج موافقة للواقع اللغوي لهذه اللهجة، طبقا لطبيعة الدرس اللغوي الحديث. والحمد لله في الأولى والأخرة، وصلى اللهم على سيدنا محمد وعلى أله وصحبه وسلم.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful; "Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messenger, our Master Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions... Recent studies tend to observe the development that affects the language of everyday life, and the reasons of this development through the language's four levels (phonological, morphological, synthetic and semantic). It also tend to detect the most important developments, the causes of these developments, and the various forms of theses developments. The Burj Alborlus dialect is one of the dialects that were distinguished by a group of accent forms that had to be monitored, analyzed and searched for its most important features. The research showed that the environment has been characterized by a set of phonemic features that are unique. I have tried very hard to explore these phonemic characteristics of that environment by monitoring its relationship with the classical Arabic language firstly, and the most important pictures in which the classical Arabic language (fusha) differed, and the reasons for this difference secondly, and to stand on the most important results that produced from this monitoring and analysis thirdly. The research relied on the descriptive approach that is suitable for such a study. In this study, I was satisfied with the description and analysis without the slightest judgment of the nature of the dialect or its verbal forms or considering it right or wrong, so that the results are consistent with the linguistic reality of the dialect according to the nature of the modern linguistic study. Praise be to Allah in the first and the hereafter, and may Allah bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
