المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقويم الأكاديميات الرياضية بإستاد شبين الكوم الرياضي من اجل الاستفادة القصوى من مهارات اللاعبين المشتركين في جميع الألعاب الرياضية بالأكاديميات المختلفة بالإستاد الرياضي، وقام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، يتمثل مجتمع البحث في القائمين على العمل بالأكاديميات الرياضية، واختار الباحث عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية، وبلغ عددهم (١٤٤) فردا تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (٢٠) فردا لإيجاد معاملات صدق وثبات استمارة الاستبيان، وعدد (٣٠) فردا لإجراء الدراسات الاستطلاعية لاستمارة الاستبيان، وعدد (١١٤) فردا لتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان قيد البحث، واستخدم الباحث في جمع بيانات البحث استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحث، وتوصل الباحث إلى إن الأكاديميات الرياضية بإستاد شبين الكوم تحتاج إلى وضع لائحة أهداف واضحة حيث إن عدم وضوح الأهداف يعوق العمل بالأكاديميات، ضرورة مناقشة الأهداف الموضوعة للأكاديميات مع أولياء أمور المشتركين، ضرورة إن يجتمع مدير عام المنشئات الرياضية مع مدير الأكاديميات والهيكل الوظيفي وهيئة الإشراف بصفة دورية لحل أي مشكلات، ضرورة إنشاء هيكل وظيفي واضح للأكاديميات الرياضية، توفير أخصائيين رياضيين وعماله بعدد كاف لمتابعة العمل بجميع الأكاديميات، توفير عوامل الأمن والسلامة لجميع الأكاديميات إلى اقصى حد، توفير مصادر بديله للتيار الكهربي في حالة انقطاع التيار الرئيسي، أعداد خطة سنوية لكل أكاديمية ويقوم المدرب بتقديمها في بداية الموسم، توفير حجرات مناسبة لتخزين الأدوات بكل أكاديمية، توفير دورات مياه كافيه لأعداد اللاعبين المشتركين بالأكاديميات، توفير غرفة خلع ملابس على الأقل لكل أكاديمية، ضرورة إن تستخدم إدارة الأكاديميات الحاسب الألي ونظم المعلومات لعمل قاعدة بيانات تساعد في إمكانية قياس الأداء، ضرورة إضافة بنود باللائحة المالية المعتمدة من الوزارة تنظم حقوق بيع الإعلانات على الملاعب والصالات التي تدار عليها الأكاديميات، ضرورة إضافة بنود باللائحة المالية المعتمدة من الوزارة تنظم حقوق بيع اللاعبين المشتركين بالأكاديميات للأندية المختلفة.

The research aims to evaluate the sports academies at The Shabin Al-Kum Sports Stadium in order to make the most of the skills of the players participating in all sports games in different academies in the sports stadium. The researcher used the descriptive method due to its suitability for the nature of the research, the research community is represented in the work of sports academies, and the researcher chose the sample of the research in a random way, And their number reached (144) individuals who were divided into (20) individuals to find validity and reliability of the questionnaire form, and (30) individuals to conduct the poll studies for the questionnaire form, and the number (114) individuals to apply the questionnaire form in question. In collecting the research data, the researcher used a questionnaire form designed by the researcher, and the researcher concluded that the sports academies in Shebin al-Kom Stadium need to set a clear goal list as the lack of clarity of goals impedes the work of the academies , The necessity of discussing the goals set for the academies with the parents of the participants, the necessity for the general manager of the sports facilities to meet with the director of the academies, the job structure and the supervisory body periodically to solve any problems, the need to establish a clear functional structure for sports academies, provide sports specialists and workers in a sufficient number to continue the work of all academies, provide security and safety factors for all academies to the fullest extent, provide alternative sources of electricity in case of power outages, Prepare an annual plan for each academy and the coach provides it at the beginning of the season, providing suitable rooms for storing tools in each academy, providing enough toilets to prepare the players participating in the academies, providing a dressing room at least for each academy, The need for the Academies administrations to use computers and information systems to create a database that helps in the possibility of measuring performance. The necessity to add clauses to the financial regulations approved by the ministry that regulate the rights to sell advertisements on the stadiums and halls on which the academies are run, The need to add provisions in the financial regulation approved by the ministry regulates the rights to sell players participating in the academies of different clubs.
