المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على كلا من مفهوم التوجه الاستراتيجي ومتطلبات الجودة التعليمية من وعلاقة كلا المفهومين ببعضهما البعض مع تحديد الأثر لآليات التوجه الاستراتيجي بالجامعات المصرية في تفعيل متطلبات جودة الاعتماد الأكاديمي. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية بين آليات التوجه الاستراتيجي وتفعيل متطلبات جودة الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالجامعات المصرية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة بناء ودعم وجود علاقات ناجحة بين الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية للجامعات المصرية وكذلك بناء ودعم وجود علاقات ناجحة بين الإدارات الداخلية للكليات مع بعضهم البعض وداخل الأقسام المختلفة بالكليات ودعم علاقتهم بالعاملين بالكلية وكذلك بناء علاقات طيبة مثمرة مع الطلاب لتفعيل الاستراتيجية الداخلية للكلية في ضوء متطلبات جودة الاعتماد الأكاديمي وآليات ومن ثم تحقيق التميز المؤسسي.

The study aims to identify both the concept of strategic orientation and educational quality requirements from and the relationship of both concepts to each other, while determining the impact of the mechanisms of strategic orientation in Egyptian universities in activating the quality requirements of academic accreditation. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the mechanisms of strategic orientation and the activation of the requirements for the quality of academic accreditation in Egyptian universities. The study recommends the need to build and support the existence of successful relationships between the internal and external parties of the Egyptian universities, as well as to build and support the existence of successful relationships between the internal departments of the faculties with each other and within the different departments of the faculties and support their relationship with the faculty’s employees, as well as building good and fruitful relationships with students to activate the internal strategy of the faculty in light of the requirements of quality Academic accreditation and mechanisms, and then achieving institutional excellence.
