المستخلص: لا شك أن علوم الدعوة إلى الله كفيلة ببناء ومعالجة المدعو، مهما تعددت أصنافه، وتنوعت خصائصه وسماته، وعلى رأس علوم الدعوة- علم فقه الدعوة-، الذي يعد الميزان الذي يوزن به الدعاة إلى الله، من حيث كون دعوتهم إلى الله على بصيرة أم على هوى. ولما كانت الدعوة إلى الله تتسم بخاصية العالمية، وتشمل شتى الفئات الدعوية، انطلاقا من قوله- سبحانه: (وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ) [الأنبياء: 107]، وكان لابد أن يتخذ الدعاة قواعد الدعوة منهجا ومسلكا في التعامل مع مختلف الفئات الدعوية، طمعا في هدايتهم، ورغبة في استمالتهم وإقناعهم، وإقامة الحجة عليهم بلاغا وبيانا. والمتأمل في أصناف المدعوين على مر الأيام والعصور في القديم والحديث، يدرك بيقين جازم أن أعظم الفئات الدعوية أثرا وتأثيرا وتواجدا، فئة (المخالف)، وظهور هذه الفئة سنة كونية، والعمل على هدايتها سنة شرعية. ولا ريب أن الدعاة في التعامل مع المخالف على مذاهب شتى، فمنهم من يعتمد الإفراط مسلكا، ومنهم من يطلب التفريط منهجا، ومنهم من يتخذ الوسطية راية وشعارا معتمدا على قوله- سبحانه-: (وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا) [البقرة: 143]:، فأردت أن أكشف من خلال هذه الدراسة جملة من قواعد فقه الدعوة في التعامل مع فئة المخالف، لأضع الأمر في نصابه، من خلال راية الأزهر الوسطية، بعيدا عن المذاهب الردية، والجماعات الحزبية، إعمالا لقوله- سبحانه-: (وَأَقِيمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيزَانَ) [الرحمن: 9]، وقد جاء البحث يبرز التعريف بالمخالف والمخالفة. ويبين قواعد فقه الدعوة في التعامل مع المخالف، ويستعرض جملة من النماذج التطبيقية في التعامل مع المخالف، وأثر ذلك في الواقع الدعوي.

"There is no doubt that the sciences of calling to God are capable of building and treating the one who is called, no matter how many types, and their characteristics and characteristics, and at the top of the sciences of da’wah is the science of the jurisprudence of calling, which is the scale by which the callers to God are weighed, in terms of whether their call to God is on insight or on Hue. And since the call to God is characterized by universality, and includes various advocacy groups, starting from His saying- Glory be to Him–: “And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds” [Al-Anbiya: 107]. Aspiration to guide them, and a desire to win over them and convince them, and to establish an argument against them, eloquently and clearly. And contemplating the types of invitees over the days and ages in the ancient and modern times, he realizes with firm certainty that the greatest influence, influence and presence of the advocacy groups is the (opposing) category, and the emergence of this group is a universal Sunnah, and working to guide it is a legal Sunnah. There is no doubt that the callers in dealing with the opponent are of various sects, some of them adopt excessive behavior, and some of them seek negligence as a method, and some of them adopt moderation as a banner and emblem based on His saying- Glory be to Him: “And thus We made you a nation” [Al-Baqarah: 14]. I reveal through this study a set of rules of advocacy jurisprudence in dealing with the category of the violator, to put the matter in perspective, through the moderate banner of Al-Azhar, away from the evil sects and partisan groups, in implementation of His saying- Glory be to Him: “And establish weight with equity and justice” [Al-Rahman: 9], and the research came to highlight the definition of the violator and the violation. It shows the rules of advocacy jurisprudence in dealing with the violator, and reviews a number of applied models in dealing with the violator, and its impact on the advocacy reality."
