المستخلص: In a world moving towards globalization, the Algerian SMEs managers are often facing challenges, making their undertaking more complex. In this particular chain of events it became essential for these leaders to be tooled with the most suitable management control system in phase with their business specificities. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to screen the influence of the manager's profile on the management control system of Algerian SMEs. To reach that end, we interviewed five Algerian SMEs managers. After data collection from semi-structured interviews, we came to the fact that the heterogeneity observed in the management control systems of Algerian SMEs is the result of the adaptation of these systems to the managers’ logic both personal and individual. As a result, the management control system is efficient for SMEs as it prioritizes the expectations of its manager.

Dans un monde qui tend vers la mondialisation, les dirigeants de PME Algériennes font souvent face à des difficultés qui rendent leur mission plus complexe. Face à cette situation, il est devenu indispensable pour ces dirigeants de disposer d’un système de contrôle de gestion adapté à la réalité de leur entreprise. L’objectif de cet article est donc d’examiner l’influence du profil du dirigeant sur le SCDG dans le contexte des PME Algériennes. Pour ce faire, nous avons interrogé cinq dirigeants de PME Algériennes. Après traitement des données colletées à travers des entretiens semi-directifs, nous sommes parvenu au fait que l’hétérogénéité constatée dans les SCDG des PME Algériennes est le résultat de l’adaptation de ces systèmes à la logique managériale à la fois personnelle et individuelle de leurs dirigeants. De ce fait, le SCDG se montre performant pour la PME dans la mesure où il privilégie les attentes de son dirigeant.
