أطلق الرئيس المصري على عام ٢٠١٨ م عام ذوي الإعاقة وهو ما دفع الباحث لإجراء البحث الذي بين أيدينا بهدف الكشف عن واقع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مصر في المجالات التالية (نسب ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع وفق أحدث الاحصاءات، الواقع التعليمي لذوي الإعاقة (الدمج ومدارس التربية الخاصة)، ذوي الإعاقة والبيئة الفيزيقية، ذوي الإعاقة والاتجاهات المجتمعية، توظيف الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في العمل، رعاية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة صحيا، واقع مؤسسات تأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مصر (مؤسسات، متخصصون) وأخيرا توصيات للباحث لمعالجة جوانب القصور وتطوير الخدمات؛ وبناء عليه قام الباحث بدراسة وتحليل الأدبيات والبحوث المرتبطة بواقع ذوي الإعاقة في مصر والعالم، للوقوف على جوانب القوة والقصور في كل مجال من المجالات السابقة، كما تعرض الباحث للتشريعات المصرية وخاصة قانون الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة رقم (١٠) لعام (٢٠١٨)، وفى ضوء ذلك توصل الباحث إلى الكشف عن جوانب القوة القصور في حياة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مصر كمنطلق نسعى من خلاله لتبني رؤية تطويرية للارتقاء بهؤلاء الأشخاص والخدمات المقدمة إليهم.
The Egyptian President launched the year 2018 year of people with handicap, which prompted the researcher to conduct the research in our hands which aims to reveal the reality of persons with disabilities in the following areas: (The percentage of people with disabilities in the community according to the latest statistics, the educational situation for people with disabilities (integration and special education schools), persons with disabilities and the physical environment, people with disabilities and community trends, employment of persons with disabilities at work, In Egypt (institutions, specialists) and finally recommendations for the researcher to address the shortcomings and development of services Based on the researcher studied and analyzed literature and research related to the reality of people with disabilities in Egypt and the world, to find out the strengths and shortcomings in each are, The researcher was also exposed to Egyptian legislation, especially the Persons with Disabilities Act No. 10 of 2018 In light of this, the researcher has discovered the strengths of the disabled in the lives of persons with disabilities in Egypt. We seek to adopt a developmental vision to elevate these people and the services provided to them.
