المستخلص: إن نعمة البيان من أكبر النعم وأعظم المنن؛ إذ تعد همزة وصل بين الإنسان وأخيه الإنسان، وأداة ربط كبرى بين البشر، وقد امتن الله تعالى على عباده بما هو أعلى وأكد في طلاقة القدرة، وهو اختلاف اللغات وتباين اللهجات، ولما كانت الغاية المرومة من اللغة هي الإيضاح والبيان، كان الخروج عن هذه الغاية مدعاة للفت النظر، وإثارة العجب؛ إذ كيف تكون اللغة الموضوعة للبيان سببا في الإشكال والإبهام؟ ومن هنا انبثقت فكرة هذا البحث، والذي عنونته بما يلي: (اللغة العربية بين الإشكال ووضوح المقال). وقد أوضحت-من خلاله-مفهوم (الواضح والمشكل) من الكلام، فضلا عن إبراز بعض روافد الإشكال؛ نحو: غرابة اللفظ، وإجمال القول، وغياب السياقات الكلامية وغير الكلامية، وجهل القصة التي سيقت العبارة في ضوئها، والتي لا يعرف معناها إلا بالوقوف عليها، عن فضلا قصور المعنى المعجمي. كما تعرضت للحديث عن أثر النبر والتنغيم وكذا القرينة في إيضاح المعنى. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، يتلوها فهرس المراجع وفهرس الموضوعات. المبحث الأول: الواضح والمشكل. المبحث الثاني: روافد الإشكال، وفيه ستة مطالب: المطلب الأول: المشكل لغرابة لفظه. المطلب الثاني: المشكل للإيماء. المطلب الثالث: المشكل لأنه لا يحد في نفس الخطاب. المطلب الرابع: المشكل لاشتراك لفظه. المطلب الخامس: الإشكال من خلال أبيات المعاني. المطلب السادس: الإشكال من خلال فصل الموصول ووصل المفصول. المبحث الثالث: قصور المعنى المعجمي.

The grace of eloquence is one of the greatest blessings and the greatest of blessings. As it isconsidered a link between man and his fellow man, and a great tool of linking between human beings, and God Almighty has been grateful to His servants with what is higher and surer in the fluency of power, which is the different languages and dialects. cause to draw attention, and to arouse wonder; How can the language set up for the statement be a cause of confusion and ambiguity? Hence the idea of this research emerged, which I titled as follows: (The Arabic language between confusion and clarity of the article). I have clarified- through it- the concept of (the clear and the problematic) from speech, as well as highlighting some of the tributaries of the problem; Towards: the strangeness of the pronunciation, the generality of the saying, the absence of verbal and non-verbal contexts, the ignorance of the story in which the phrase was narrated, and whose meaning is known only by standing on it, as well as the lack of lexical meaning. I also talked about the effect of stress and intonation, as well as the presumption in clarifying the meaning. The research came in an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, followed by an index of references and an index of topics. The first topic: the clear and the problem- The second topic: tributaries of the problem, and it includes six demands- The first requirement: the problem due to the strangeness of the word- The second requirement: the problem of gesturing- The third requirement: the problem because it is not limited in the same speech The fourth requirement: the problem of the participation of the word- The fifth requirement: the confusion through the verses of meanings- The sixth requirement: the problem through separating the connected and- connecting the separated. The third topic: the lack of lexical meaning
