المستخلص: The research aims to study the effectiveness of an indicative program for the development of girls' awareness of girls that about to got married of the bases and foundation of a successful family with its five points (Choosing life partner, the foundations of dealing with the husband, the foundations of dealing with children, the foundations of dealing with family problems, managing family affairs), and aims to study the relationship between some of the study variables and awareness of girls of the bases of the factors of successful family with its different elements. The sample study Included (330) of the Girls starting marriage from Faculty of the Domestic Economy, Al-Azhar University of the Second and third grades all college scientific departments, and the sample was selected in levels fortuitous purposed way and from different social and economic. And the program was applied on a sample of the pilot study, which was chosen in a deliberate way to implement the IPF is the female the second contingent from each of the two sections of the Department of family and childhood, development section and the rural family levels of different social and economic, the number reached (34) after the exclusion of two of them at the end of the program, for not attending meetings of the full program to represent a sample of the pilot study in accordance with the terms of the target group for the program, there was the homogeneity among members of the sample. The study came to the absence of the differentials of a statistical significance among female students rural and urban women in the awareness of the bases of the factors of successful family, while there are differences with statistical significance among female students the second and the third in the awareness of the basis for dealing with children, and awareness of the managing Family Affairs, at the level of an indication (0.05) in favor of the female students of the third party, results confirmed the effectiveness of indicative program prepared for the development of girls' awareness of starting marriage on the bases of the bases of successful family where there are differences statistically function at the level of the significance of 0.001 degrees of the sample pilot phase before and after the application of the program for the benefit of dimensional application which illustrates the importance of the program, The most important recommendations in accordance with the results of the necessity of activating the role of the institutions concerned with the advancement of women and the family in particular family guidance and counselling offices to prepare an indicative programs starting marriage dealing with how to choose seriously the foundations of dealing between Spouses and to deal with children as well as solving family problems, as well as the awareness of young people and the family in general the role provided by these institutions, and so recommendations of the study is the use of undergraduate college domestic economy in general a graduate of the management of home and institutions, in particular (as studied in the area of family relations and the Department of home and institutions) Preparation of educational courses for young people on the methods for selecting life partner and how to choose in the right way and how to deal between spouses, the methods of parental treatment, how to solve family problems, as well as awareness of the importance of the management Family Affairs, especially for girls starting and tapas marriage As future mothers, the need to take advantage of the actors in student activities in educational institutions to educate students the family relations and successful family to build a happy family.

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي الفتيات المقبلات على الزواج بأسس ومقومات الأسرة الناجحة بمحاوره الخمسة (اختيار شريك الحياة، أسس التعامل مع الزوج، أسس التعامل مع الأبناء، أسس التعامل مع المشكلات الأسرية، إدارة شؤون الأسرة)، كما يهدف لدراسة العلاقة بين بعض متغيرات الدراسة ووعي الفتيات بأسس ومقومات الأسرة الناجحة بمحاوره المختلفة. وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٣٣٠) من الفتيات المقبلات على الزواج من كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر من الفرقة الثانية والثالثة بجميع الأقسام العلمية بالكلية، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة صدفية غرضية ومن مستويات اجتماعية اقتصادية مختلفة. وتم تطبيق البرنامج على عينة الدراسة التجريبية والتي تم اختيارها بطريقة عمدية غرضية لتنفيذ البرنامج الإرشادي وتتمثل في طالبات الفرقة الثانية من كل من قسمي إدارة مؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة، وقسم تنمية الأسرة الريفية من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وبلغ عددهن (٣٤) بعد استبعاد اثنين منهن في نهاية البرنامج لعدم التزامهن بحضور جلسات البرنامج كاملة ليمثلن عينة الدراسة التجريبية وفقا لشروط الفئة المستهدفة للبرنامج، وكان هناك تجانس بين أفراد العينة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات الريفيات والحضريات في الوعي بأسس ومقومات الأسرة الناجحة، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات الفرقة الثانية والثالثة في الوعي بأسس التعامل مع الأبناء، والوعي بإدارة شؤون الأسرة، عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لصالح طالبات الفرقة الثالثة، وأكدت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المعد لتنمية وعي الفتيات المقبلات على الزواج بأسس ومقومات الأسرة الناجحة حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة ٠,٠٠١ بين درجات أفراد العينة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يوضح أهمية البرنامج. وجاءت أهم التوصيات وفقا للنتائج بضرورة تفعيل دور المؤسسات المعنية بالمرأة والأسرة ولا سيما مكاتب التوجيه والاستشارات الأسرية لإعداد برامج إرشادية للمقبلين على الزواج تتناول كيفية الاختيار الجيد والسليم وأسس التعامل بين الزوجين والتعامل مع الأبناء وكذلك حل المشكلات الأسرية، وكذلك توعية الشباب خاصة والأسرة بصفة عامة بالدور الذي تقدمه هذه المؤسسات، كذلك من توصيات الدراسة الاستعانة بخريجات الاقتصاد المنزلي بصفة عامة وخريجة قسم إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات بصفة خاصة (باعتبارهن درسن مجال العلاقات الأسرية وإدارة المنزل والمؤسسات) بإعداد دورات تثقيفية للشباب عن طرق اختيار شريك الحياة وكيفية الاختيار الصحيح وكيفية التعامل بين الزوجين، وأساليب المعاملة الوالدية، وكيفية حل المشكلات الأسرية، وكذلك التوعية بأهمية الإدارة السليمة لشؤون الأسرة وخاصة للفتيات المقبلات على الزواج باعتبارهن أمهات المستقبل، وضرورة الاستفادة من فاعليات الأنشطة الطلابية في المؤسسات التعليمية لتثقيف الطلاب بأسس العلاقات الأسرية ومقومات الأسرة الناجحة لبناء أسرة سعيدة.
