المستخلص: The study mainly aimed at the following: Describe the level of empowerment of female respondents in North Sinai. To achieve the objectives of the study, a random research sample of 300 female respondents was selected. Data were collected from three villages of North Sinai Governorate, namely Sadat, Najila and Khirbet villages of the Bir al-Abed Center, with 100 female respondents from Each village, and a questionnaire was used in a personal interview to collect data. The study reached a number of results, perhaps the most important of which are: 1- The clear decrease in most of the characteristics of the respondents (educational level, geographic openness, cultural openness, monthly income, degree of exposure to agricultural information sources, trend towards agricultural extension, and extension communication) 2- The severe decrease in the levels of social, economic and political empowerment of Sinai women3- The results also showed the existence of a negative significant correlation at the 0.01 level between the degree of social empowerment in the villages of the study community as a dependent variable, and the following studied independent variables: educational level, family size, cultural openness, geographic openness, monthly income, level of ambition, degree of readiness To risks, degree of exposure to agricultural information sources, trend towards agricultural extension, extension communication, general knowledge. 4- It was also clear from these results that there was no significant correlation at the probability level of 0.05 between the level of social empowerment of the respondents and the age variable. 5- The results also showed a positive significant correlation at the 0.01 probability level between the level of economic empowerment of the respondents and the following variables: educational level, family size, cultural openness, monthly income, geographic openness, level of ambition, degree of willingness to risk, degree of exposure to agricultural information sources . 6- It was also clear from these results that there was no significant correlation at the probability level of 0.05 between the level of economic empowerment of the respondents and the variable of age, general knowledge, extension communication, and trend towards agricultural extension. 7- The results also showed a positive significant correlation at the 0.01 probability level between the level of political empowerment of the respondents and the following variables: educational level, family size, cultural openness, monthly income, geographic openness, level of ambition, counseling communication, and general knowledge. 8- It was also clear from these results that there was no significant correlation at the probability level of 0.05 between the level of political empowerment of the respondents and the age variable, the trend towards agricultural extension. 9- The relative high level of importance of training and awareness requirements in the field of political empowerment, followed by training and awareness requirements in the field of economic empowerment, followed by training and awareness requirements in the field of political empowerment, then material requirements, while organizational requirements occupied the last place in terms of importance. 10- The results of distributing the respondents according to their point of view regarding the level of availability of empowerment requirements showed that the order of requirements according to the level of availability was the opposite of its arrangement according to the level of importance, where the organizational requirements came in first place in terms of the level of availability, followed by the material requirements, then the training and awareness requirements in the field of Social empowerment, then training and awareness requirements in the field of economic empowerment, while training and awareness requirements in the field of political empowerment occupied the last place in terms of their level of availability.

استهدفت الدراسة بصفة رئيسية ما يلى: وصف مستوى تمكين السيناويات المبحوثات بشمل سيناء ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة بحثية عشوائية بلغ قوامها ٣٠٠ مبحوثة، وتم جمع البيئات من ثلاث قرى من قرى محفظة شمل سيناء وهم قرية السادات ونجيلة والخربة التابعة لمركز بئر العبد بواقع ١٠٠ مبحوثة من كل قرية، واستخدم الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية لجمع البينات، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج لعل أهمها: 1- الانخفاض الواضح في معظم الخصائص المميزة للمبحوثات (المستوى التعليمي، والانفتاح الجغرافي، والانفتاح الثقافي، الدخل الشهري، ودرجة التعرض لمصادر المعلومات الزراعية، والاتجاه نحو الإرشاد الزراعي، والاتصال الإرشادي) ٢ - الانخفاض الشديد في مستويات التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي للمرأة السيناوية٣- الارتفاع النسبي في مستوى أهمية متطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجال التمكين السياسي، يليها المتطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجل التمكين الاقتصادي، يليها المتطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجال التمكين السياسي، ثم المتطلبات المادية، بينما احتلت المتطلبات التنظيمية المركز الأخير من حيث الأهمية. ٤- كما أوضحت نتائج توزيع المبحوثات وفقا لوجهة نظرهن في مستوى توفر متطلبات التمكين أن ترتيب المتطلبات وفقا لمستوى التوفر جاء معاكسا لترتبيه وفقا لمستوى الأهمية حيث جاءت المتطلبات التنظيمية في المركز الأول من حيث مستوى التوفر، يليها المتطلبات المادية، ثم المتطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجال التمكين الاجتماعي، ثم المتطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجال التمكين الاقتصادي، بينما احتلت المتطلبات التدربية والتوعوية في مجال التمكين السياسي المركز الأخير من حيث مستوى توفرها.
