520 |a من المعلوم أن الله- تعالى- كرم الإنسان على سائر مخلوقاته؛ وذلك بما منحه من عقل راجح، يزن الأمور به، ويميز بين الخير والشر بواسطته، وقد جعل الله- تعالى- منظومة الإصلاح المجتمعي، أمانة في أعناق الرجال، والنساء على حد سواء، ينطلقان بها غرسا ونشرا، في أركان الدنيا ومنعطفات الحياة. وهذه المسيرة تتعطل، عند تقاعس أحد ركنيها، ونكوصه عن أداء واجبه، وقد كانت من العقبات الكؤود في طريق هذه المسيرة، معاناة المرأة في بعض المجتمعات قديماً، وحديثاً من هضم لحقوقها، وتنكر لبعض ما منحها الله لها، ففطن أعداء الفضيلة إلى هذا الجور على المرأة، فراحوا ينتهزون الفرصة، ويستغلونها في الوصول لأهدافهم ضد المرأة؛ فيزينون لها الباطل، ويمنونها بالأوهام، ويدفعونها إلى الفساد دفعاً، بالألسنة، والأقلام، ويصورون لها ما فاتها من حقوق، فيما ينتظرها بين أيديهم من أماني، فصدقت بعض النساء ذلك، واعتقدن في قبول هذا المكر، حرية لهن من قيود ظالمة، وما فطن إلى أنهن قد فررن من الرمضاء للنار، وأنهن ضللن الطريق، فحريتهن المنشودة، وسائر حقوقهن المفقودة، وتطلعهن إلى الصباح المشرق، يكمن فقط في شريعة الله، ويستقر في تعاليم دينه. والشرائع السماوية جميعها عند استظهار مضامينها، تضع أيدينا على تعليمات متوافقة، والزامات متشابهة لحفظ المجتمع وطهارته. ولا شك أن بيعة النساء، وركائز الدعوة الإسلامية فيها، بما تحويه من قيم ومبادئ، واستصحاب ذلك من ركنيها الرئيسين- الداعي والمدعو- لها هذا المردود الإيجابي في إنجاح النشاط الذي يضمها، أو تحتويه، سواء كان هذا النشاط موجهاً للأفراد، أو المجتمعات. وهذا ما ظهر في بنود بيعة النساء التي أبرمها رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) معهن جميعاً في شخصيات من حضرن البيعة، فيصبح المجتمع الإنساني بتطبيقها راقياً، متماسكاً، يستعصي على أسباب التخلف، وعوامل الانحلال، وتستيقظ فيه معاني الخير، والمحافظة على أعراض الغير، وهو ما يظهر في هذا الموضوع: المردود الدعوي لبيعة النساء وصداه على المجتمع وقضاياه. 
520 |b It is well known that God Almighty has honored man above all his creatures; This is due to what he was given a sound mind, weighing matters with it, and distinguishing between good and evil by means of it, and God Almighty has made the system of societal reform a trust in the necks of men and women alike, who proceed with it by planting and spreading, in the corners of the world and the turning points of life. And this march is disrupted when one of its pillars fails and fails to perform his duty, and one of the stumbling obstacles in the way of this march was the suffering of women in some societies, ancient and modern, from the assimilation of their rights, and their denial of some of what God granted them, so the enemies of virtue realized this injustice on their Women, so they seize the opportunity, and exploit it to reach their goals against women; So they adorn her falsehood, improvise her with illusions, push her to corruption, with tongues and pens, and depict for her the rights that she missed, while what awaits her in their hands of desires. They have fled from the earth to the fire, and they have lost the way, their desired freedom, and all their lost rights, and their aspiration to the bright morning, lies only in the law of God, and it rests in the teachings of his religion. And all the heavenly laws, upon memorizing their contents, put our hands on compatible instructions and similar obligations to preserve society and its purity. There is no doubt that the pledge of allegiance to women, and the pillars of the Islamic da’wah in it, with its values and principles, and its two main pillars– the inviting and the invited– have this positive impact in the success of the activity that includes or contains it, whether this activity is directed to individuals or societies. This is what appeared in the terms of the women’s pledge of allegiance that the Messenger of God (صلى الله عليه وسلم) concluded with all of them in the personalities of those who attended the pledge of allegiance, so that the human society, applying it, becomes refined, coherent, resistant to the causes of underdevelopment and the factors of dissolution, and awakens in it the meanings of goodness, and the preservation of the honor of others, which is what appears in This topic: The effect of the call to allegiance to women and its impact on society and its issues.
