المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، كما استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتمثلت العينة في (269) فرد من أعضاء مجالس الإدارات والجمعيات العمومية، الإداريين والمدربين، واللاعبين، من (25) نادي رياضي حكومي وخاص، في الحضر والريف من (10) محافظات مصرية، وكانت أهم النتائج: توسط مستوى التحول الرقمي بالأندية الرياضية عينة الدراسة بنسبة 73.32%، أهم المميزات التنافسية الإدارية والتنظيمية: توفير الخدمات للمنتسبين طوال اليوم وإنجازها في وقت قياسي، إتاحة الفرصة للمنتسبين متابعة أنشطة النادي دون التواجد، متابعة تعديلات اللوائح والهيكل التنظيمي بالنادي، الحصول على بيانات محدثة عن العملاء والموردين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين، مساعدة المستويات العليا في مراقبة انتظام سير العمل بالنادي، أهم المميزات التنافسية الاجتماعية والثقافية: زيادة جماهيرية النادي ومتابعيه، تدعيم العمل الجماعي وروح الفريق، إتاحة الفرصة للعاملين بالنادي على الابتكار، خلق معارف جديدة يتم نشرها ومشاركتها بالنادي، أهم المميزات التنافسية الاقتصادية: دراسة وتطوير مصادر جذب الأموال، ترويج أنشطة النادي وبالتالي زيادة عدد المنتسبين التي تزيد الدخل، إعطاء انطباع ذهني للمستفيدين اكثر إيجابية من منافسيها بالسوق، زيادة مبيعات منتجات النادي نتيجة إتاحة المشتريات على الإنترنت، أهم المميزات التنافسية الرياضية: تمكين النادي من استضافة خبراء في الألعاب المختلفة للاستفادة من خبراتهم، البحث عن مدربين كفء للتعاقد معهم التعرف على الأجهزة الحديثة التي قد تساعد الرياضي في تطوير مهاراته، توفير منظومة تحليل أداء اللاعبين والمدربين وتصنيفهم بناء على البيانات المدخلة، توفير نظام رقمي في التحكيم وإظهار النتائج. توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدور التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية وفقا لمتغير البيئة لصالح الحضر، ووفقا لمتغير النادي لصالح الأندية الخاصة، ويوصي الباحث بوضع تصنيف للأندية الرياضية بحسب الخدمات الرقمية.

The study aims to identify “The Role of Digital Transformation in Achieving Competitive Advantage in sport clubs”, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the study, and also used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, The sample consisted (269) members of boards of directors and general assemblies, administrators, coaches, and players, From (25) governmental and private sport clubs, in urban and rural areas of (01) Egyption governorates, the important results: The level of digital transformation fot study sample in sport clubs averaged 73.32%, most important administrative and organizational competitive advantages: providing services to affiliates throughout the day and completing them in record time, giving the opportunity for affiliates to follow the club’s activities without being present, following up on modifications Regulations and organizational structure of the club, obtaining updated data on customers, suppliers and strategic partners, assisting the higher levels in monitoring the regularity of work in the club, most important social and cultural competitive advantages: Increases club’s audience and followers, strengthens teamwork and team spirit, provides an opportunity for club employees to innovate, Creating new knowledge that will be disseminated and shared in club, most important economic competitive advantages: studying, developing sources of money attraction, promoting club’s activities, increasing members that increase income, giving more positive mental impression to beneficiaries than its competitors in market, increasing sales of club products as a result of making online purchases most important competitive sports advantages: enabling club to host experts in various games Roll to benefit from their experiences, search for qualified coaches to contract with them, identify modern devices that may help the athlete develop his skills, provide a system for analyzing performance of players, coaches and classify them based on data entered, provide a digital system in arbitration and show results. There are statistically significant differences for digital transformation role, in achieving competitive advantage in sports clubs according to environment variable in favor of urban residents, and according to club variable in favor of private clubs. The researcher recommends to Classified sport clubs according to digital services.
