المستخلص: أدي التقدم المذهل في كافة المجالات إلى أن أصبح التغيير الإداري أهم سمات الوقت الحاضر ولمواكبة تلك التغييرات فقد انتقلت الأعمال الإدارية بالأساليب اليدوية التقليدية إلى استخدام وتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية التي تعد من الركائز الأساسية لتطور وتميز الهيئات ومنها الرياضية والتي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الإدارات الرياضية وتحسين وتطوير أدائها وتخفيف الأعباء الإدارية وتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من المعلومات المتاحة ومن ثم القدرة علي بقائها واستمرارها في السوق ورفع الكفاءة المهنية والإدارية والتقنية للعاملين بالهيئات الرياضية مما دعي الباحثة لإجراء تلك البحث دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية والذي يهدف إلى التعرف علي: نظم المعلومات الإدارية التي تطبق بالأندية الرياضية، مقومات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالأندية الرياضية، تحديد أنواع نظم المعلومات التي تعتمد عليها الأندية الرياضية كميزة تنافسية. ولقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وعمدت في اختيار فئات عينة البحث والمتمثلة في أعضاء مجالس إدارات الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الإسكندرية ورؤساء الأقسام الإدارية وأداري الفرق، وتم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتطبيق الطرق الإحصائية المناسبة وتم التوصل إلى ضرورة تقديم الخدمات للمستفيدين طوال الوقت دون انقطاع بالأندية الرياضية بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تنمية كفاءة ومهارات كافة الموارد البشرية لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي، إعادة النظر في البنية الأساسية للأجهزة والمعدات والبرمجيات لغرض تحديثها وترقيتها، وحددت أنواع نظم المعلومات في نظم المعرفة التي تعتمد علي استخدام الحاسب الآلي بالعمل الإداري بالإضافة إلى اهتمام الإدارة العليا بدعم كافة المعلومات عن النادي الرياضي للمستفيدين والجهات ذات العلاقة بالنشاط الرياضي، كما أوصت الباحثة بأهمية تفعيل شبكات إلكترونية بين الجهات ذات العلاقة بالرياضة، عقد العديد من الدورات التدريبية لزيادة صقل العاملين عن كيفية التعامل مع الحاسب الآلي واعتماد الدورات التدريبية كأحد معايير الترقي للمناصب الإدارية العليا. ووضع التشريعات القانونية اللازمة لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ومراجعة الأنظمة واللوائح وإعادة صياغتها بما يناسب تطبيقها في الأندية الرياضية.

The boom in progress in various fields has led to the decisive change in management that has become one of the most important features of the present time. To keep up with those changes, traditional manual administrative work transferred into the use and application of electronic administration which is regarded as one of the main pillars for the development and excellence of institutions. As for sport institutions, it contributes to raising the efficiency of the sports departments, improving and developing their performance and facilitating administrative burdens, in addition to achieving the maximum benefit from the available information. Thus, enabling it to survive and continue in the market, and to raise the professional, administrative and technical competence of workers in sport institutions. This led the researcher to conduct the present research concerning the role of electronic administration in achieving competitive advantage in sports clubs. It aims at determining: administrative information systems applied in sports clubs, terms of the application of e-administration in sports clubs, types of administrative information systems on which competitive advantage in sports clubs depend on .The researcher followed a descriptive survey approach and selected the research samples from members of the boards of directors of sports clubs in Alexandria and heads of administrative departments and administrative teams. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The study revealed the necessity for providing continuous services to users in the sports clubs, developing the efficiency of all human resources to keep pace with technological development, reconsidering the infrastructure equipment and software for the purpose of updating and upgrading. More, the study identified the types of information systems that rely on the use of computers to operate the administrative systems, giving extra proper attention from senior administration to support all information related to sports club beneficiaries and relevant authorities. The researcher recommended the importance of activating electronic networks between the relevant sport authorities, setting training courses to refine the workers on how to deal with the computer, adopting the training courses as a criteria promotion in a managerial positions. She also recommended the necessity for developing legislation for the application of electronic administration, and Reviewing and reformulating laws and regulations to suit the application in sports clubs.
