المستخلص: " إن الجهود الوطنية واسعة النطاق لاستخدام التكنولوجيا لدعم التعلم عن بعد والتعليم عن بعد والتعلم عبر الإنترنت خلال وباء 19-COVID آخذة في الظهور لمجموعة من استراتيجيات التدريس والتعلم القائمة على الاتصال والتواصل عبر الأنترنت والتي جمعت عدد كبير من المتعلمين سواء كان تعليما رسميا أو غير رسميا عبر مجموعة من التطبيقات التعليمية والتواصل الاجتماعي والتي يمكن تقييم نتائجها عن طريق مجموعة من الطرق التي يمكن تناولها على النحو التالي: أهمية البحث مع تفشي جائحة 19-COVID للعالم، أصبح من الضروري تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية خلال الأزمة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دعم قادة التعليم على مختلف المستويات التعليمية في صياغة استجابات تعليمية تكيفية ومتسقة وفعالة وعادلة لأزمة من شأنها أن تعطل بشكل كبير الفرص التعليمية على مستوى العالم. ومن هذا المنطلق تكمن أهمية البحث في محاولة مواكبة أحداث أزمة وباء 19-COVID وتداعيات تلك الأزمة وتأثيرها على دول العالم في الجانب التعليمي وخلق مناخ تعليمي فعال ومن هنا اضطرت دول العالم استحداث طرق وسبل جديدة للوصول للهدف من عملية التعلم وفي نفس الوقت الحماية من هذا الوباء ضاربة بسلاح ذو حدين لتخطي هذه الجائحة من خلال الاعتماد على استراتيجية الاتصال باستخدام (Free telegram-conference call) على تحسين جودة التعليم غير الرسمي للخريجين العاملين بمجال السباحة من خلال اختبارbased test (CBT) computer أثناء أزمة كورونا هدف البحث التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية الاتصال باستخدام (telegram-Free conference call) على تحسين جودة التعليم غير الرسمي لمعلمي السباحة من خلال اختبار based test (CBT) Computer أثناء أزمة كورونا. فروض البحث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجموعة الضابطة لصالح القياس البعدي توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسيين البعديين لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية. إجراءات البحث منهج البحث طبقا لأهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعتين تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. مجتمع وعينة البحث: تم اختيار مجتمع البحث من المعلمين العاملين في قطاع تعليم السباحة. قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من المعلمين العاملين في قطاع تعليم السباحة بأدنيه القليوبية في مركز بنها ومركز طوخ والتي كان عددها (80) معلم سباحة تم تقسيمهم إلى 40 معلم مجموعة تجريبية 40 معلم مجموعة ضابطة من أندية (بنها -الساحة -المنشية -دلمون -طوخ) بواقع 20 معلم سباحة من كل نادي و20 معلم كعينة استطلاعية من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية. الأسلوب الإحصائي المستخدم في الدراسة: استخدم الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية الملائمة لطبيعة بيانات البحث وذلك من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وكانت كالتالي: الاستنتاجات والتوصيات أولا: الاستنتاجات توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجموعة توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجموعة الضابطة لصالح القياس البعدي. التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسيين البعديين لمتغيرات الدراسة للمجوعتين الضابطة والتجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية. ثانيا: التوصيات من البيانات أو المعلومات التي يمكن الحصول عليها معقدة أو كاملة يمكن استخدامها كأساس ومبادئ توجيهية لرسم خرائط جودة التعليم تنظيم دورات مكثفة لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية لكيفية استخدام المنصات التعليمية وكذلك التعليم عن بعد."

" Introduction and research problem Large-scale national efforts to use technology to support distance learning, distance learning, and online learning during the COVID 19 pandemic are emerging for a range of online communication-based teaching and learning strategies that have brought together a large number of learners, whether formal education or Informally, through a set of educational applications and social communication, the results of which can be evaluated through a number of methods that can be addressed as follows:- research importance With the COVID-19 pandemic spreading to the world, it has become imperative to meet educational needs during the crisis. This study aims to support education leaders at various educational levels in formulating adaptive, consistent, effective and fair educational responses to a crisis that will significantly disrupt educational opportunities globally. This crisis and its impact on the countries of the world in the educational aspect and creating an effective educational climate, and from here the countries of the world were forced to develop new ways and ways to reach the goal of the learning process and at the same time protect from this epidemic, striking a double-edged sword to overcome this pandemic by relying on the communication strategy Using (Free conference call - telegram) to improve the quality of non-formal education for graduates working in the swimming field through a computer-based test (CBT) during the Corona crisis search objective 1-Recognizing the effect of the communication strategy using (Free conference call - telegram) on improving the quality of informal education for swimming teachers through the (CBT) computer-based test during the Corona crisis. Research hypotheses -There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the study variables for the control group in favor of the post measurement. -There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the study variables for the experimental group in favor of the post measurement. -There are statistically significant differences between the two post-measurements of the study variables for the control and experimental groups in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental group. Search procedures Research Methodology According to the objectives of the research, the researcher used the experimental method by designing the pre- and post-measurement of two experimental and control groups, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. Research community and sample: The research community was selected from teachers working in the swimming education sector The researcher chose the research sample in a deliberate way from teachers working in the swimming education sector in Adana Al Qalyubia in Banha Center and Toukh Center, whose number was (80) swimming teachers who were divided into 40 teachers of an experimental group and 40 teachers of a control group from clubs (Banha - Al-Saha - Manshiya - Dilmun) - Toukh) with 20 swimming teachers from each club And 20 teachers as an exploratory sample from the same research community and outside the main sample. The statistical method used in the study: The researcher used the appropriate statistical treatments for the nature of the research data, through: The SPSS statistical program was as follows: Conclusions and Recommendations First: the conclusions There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the study variables for the group There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the study variables for the group -Controller in favor of dimensional measurement. Experimentation in favor of dimensional measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the two dimensional measures of the study variables for the two groups Control and experimental in favor of the dimensional measurement of the experimental group. Second: recommendations From complex or complete obtainable data or information that can be used as a basis and guidelines for education quality mapping -Organizing intensive courses for physical education teachers on how to use educational platforms as well as distance education."
