المستخلص: The research aims to develop a proposed conception for the advancement of sports clubs in Aswan Governorate in light of the requirements of the Six Sigma method. In the sports clubs in Aswan Governorate, which are the clubs that participate in the competitions of one of the sports federations at the level of first or second degree at least, and the most membership, and there are a number of facilities in them, and the research sample was chosen randomly from the research community, and the sample number reached (84) individuals Other than the exploratory sample, which amounted to (20) individuals from the research community and from outside the main research sample, The results: The requirements for applying the Six Sigma method in sports clubs in Aswan Governorate were reached, which included (support and contribution of senior management - training - focus on beneficiaries - information systems - financial capabilities - cooperation), and the two researchers also reached to develop a concept A proposal to promote sports clubs at Aswan University in light of the requirements of the Six Sigma method.
