المستخلص: This research aims to identify the best form of simultaneous training that has influenced physical variables for judoka, The basic research sample was chosen randomly by (16) players in the age group (14-16) years from the July 23 Club, where the basic sample was divided To two groups, each group (8) players, the exploratory study was conducted on (8) players from the research community and from outside the main sample and they are to codify and test research tests, within the limits of the research sample and in light of the method used and the research procedures and the assumptions that have been achieved. 1- The effect of the simultaneous training method of the first group positively in favor of telemetry. 2- The effect of the simultaneous training method of the second group positively in favor of telemetry. 3- The effect of simultaneous training using the separate method on the post measurement of the first group more than the use of the method of simultaneous and continuous training, ie strength and endurance within a single training unit, on the post measurement of the second group. 4- The simultaneous training is characterized by its many forms that allow the trainer to use the form or method that is appropriate for the age stage and also with the training period in which strength and endurance are developed. 5- The diversity in training methods and forms added a form of competition between the two experimental groups, and thus there became a goal that the players sought to reach.
