المستخلص: "يعد أداء المعلمات عاملا مؤثرا وجوهريا في العملية التعليمية، لأنه يقود العمل التعليمي التعلمي، ويتعامل مع الطلاب مباشرة فيؤثر في تكوينهم العلمي والاجتماعي، ويعمل على تقدم المؤسسات وتطويرها وحمل أعباء رسالتها العلمية والعملية في خدمة المجتمع وتحقيق أهدافه وخصوصا المعلمات بالمرحلة الإعدادية، حيث أن في هذه المرحلة ما يتم غرسه في التلاميذ يصعب تغييره. وتعد البرامج التدريبية لمعلم التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الإعدادية من الأمور الضرورية فمعلم التربية الرياضية بحاجة لعملية تدريب مستمرة فنحن نعيش في عصر الانفجار العلمي والثقافي. هذا وتبذل جميع الأنظمة التربوية والتعليمية جهودا كبيرة من أجل تطوير أداء المعلمات وذلك من خلال تخصيص ميزانيات ضخمة، وخبراء أكفاء، ومدربين لديهم قدرات خاصة، وبرامج متطورة ومتنوعة، وأماكن متميزة، وحوافز مادية كبيرة، وأجهزة حديثة، فالمعلمات يعتبر من أهم عناصر المنظومة التربوية، وتدريبه يأتي على سلم أولويات المخططين وواضعي السياسات التعليمية. فالتربية والتعليم تعتبر من أكبر مجالات الاستثمار الاقتصادي. وبهذا تتضح أهمية البرامج التدريبية اللازمة لتطوير أداء معلم التربية الرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الإعدادي. هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى تقويم البرامج التدريبية اللازمة لتطوير أداء معلمات التربية الرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الإعدادي وذلك من خلال: • تطوير أداء المعلمات في التخطيط التربوي. • تطوير أداء المعلمات في استخدام المنهاج والوسائل التعليمية. • تطوير أداء المعلمات في استخدام الأساليب والأنشطة التربوية. • تطوير أداء المعلمات مهنيا وأكاديميا. الاستنتاجات: • يصيغ أهداف الدرس بالمستويات المختلفة للمجالات المعرفية والانفعالية والمهارية. • يتعرف المعلمات على المفهوم المعاصر للمنهاج. • يلم بأهمية مناهج المرحلة الأساسية في بناء شخصية التلميذ. • يحلل وحدات دراسة مقررة. • يستخدم أساليب التهيئة المناسبة لكل درس. • يستخدم على استغلال البيئة المحلية في المواقف التعليمية. "The performance of female teachers is an essential and influential factor in the educational process, because it leads the educational work, deals with students directly, affects their scientific and social formation, works on the progress and development of institutions, and carries the burdens. The training programs for the physical education teacher in the preparatory stage are necessary. The physical education teacher needs a continuous training process, as we live in an era of scientific and cultural explosion. All educational systems are making great efforts to develop the performance of female teachers by allocating huge budgets, qualified experts, trainers with special abilities, advanced and diverse programs, distinguished places, great financial incentives, and modern equipment. Female teachers are one of the most important elements of the educational system. His training comes on top of the priorities of educational planners and policy makers. Education is one of the largest areas of economic investment. Thus, the importance of the training programs necessary to develop the performance of the physical education teacher at the preparatory stage becomes clear. Research goal: The research aims to evaluate the training programs necessary to develop the performance of physical education teachers in the preparatory education stage, through: - Developing the performance of teachers in educational planning. - Developing the performance of female teachers in using the curriculum and teaching aids. - Developing the performance of teachers in the use of educational methods and activities. - Developing the teachers' performance professionally and academically. Conclusions: - Formulates lesson objectives at different levels of cognitive, emotional and skill domains. - Recognize the parameters of the contemporary concept of the curriculum. - Familiar with the importance of the basic stage curricula in building the student's personality. - Analyzes planned study units. - Uses appropriate preparation methods for each lesson. - It is used to exploit the local environment in educational situations."
