المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث عن دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في الحد من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي للغارمات المفرج عنهن من خلال تحديد طبيعة الأدوار التي تساهم بها المنظمات غير الحكومية في الحد من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي للغارمات المفرج عنهن سواء كانت تلك الأدوار أو المهام مع الوزارات الحكومية مثل مع وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي أو مع مشيخة الأزهر الشريف أو التنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية أو جهودها في التواصل مع وزارتي التعليم العالي والتربية والتعليم، سعيا إلى تحديد مستوى الحد من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي للغارمات المفرج عنهن من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف المرتبطة بالعمل على تحقيق العدالة في الفرص المتاحة للغارمات المفرج عنهن، والعدالة في توزيع الخدمات وتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للفقراء والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات، وصولا إلى بناء تصور مهني مقترح لتفعيل دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في الحد من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي الغارمات المفرج عنهن والعمل على توفير قنوات اتصال تربط الغارمات المفرج عنهن والأجهزة غير الحكومية المنوطة بحمايتهن من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي والاهتمام بإصدار نشرة دورية باسم المنظمات غير الحكومية لنشر برامجها والتوعية بأدوارها في حماية الغارمات المفرج عنهن من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي وبناء شبكة اجتماعية للمنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في مجال حماية الغارمات المفرج عنهن من الاستبعاد الاجتماعي وتقوية أواصر التعاون والتنسيق بين المنظمات غير الحكومية والأجهزة والهيئات الحكومية العاملة في مجال دمج الغارمات المفرج عنهن وتمكينهن من الحياة الكريمة والعمل على تدريب وتأهيل الغارمات المفرج عنهن للقيام بتنفيذ مشروعات صغيرة أو تعلم حرف تدر لهن دخلا ثابتا يحميهن من العوز الاجتماعي عقب مغادرتهن للسجن، والدفاع عن حقوق الغارمات المفرج عنهن وحمايتهن من أي شكل من أشكال التهميش أو الاستبعاد الاجتماعي نتيجة للفقر أو البطالة أو ضعف الدخل أو الأمية أو العودة للجريمة .

The current study seeks to search for the role of NGOs in reducing the social exclusion of released women offenders by identifying the nature of the roles that NGOs contribute to reducing the social exclusion of released women offenders, whether those roles or tasks are with government ministries such as with the Ministry of Solidarity The social, or with the sheikhdom of Al-Zahra Al-Sheriff, or coordination with the Ministry of the Interior or its efforts in communicating with the Ministries of Higher Education and Education, in an effort to determine the level of limiting the social exclusion of the released female offenders through a set of objectives related to working to achieve justice in the opportunities available to the released female offenders, And justice in distributing services, achieving social protection for the poor, and equality in rights and duties, leading to a proposed professional vision for activating the role of NGOs in limiting the social exclusion of the released offenders, and working to provide communication channels that link the released female debtors and the non-governmental agencies entrusted with protecting them from social exclusion and attention Issuing a periodical bulletin on behalf of NGOs to publish their programs and To raise awareness of their roles in protecting the released women debtors from social exclusion and building a social network for NGOs working in the field of protecting the released women debtors from social exclusion and strengthening the bonds of cooperation and coordination between NGOs and government agencies and bodies working in the field of integrating the released women offenders and enabling them to lead a decent life And work to train and rehabilitate the released female debtors to carry out small projects or learn trades that will provide them with a stable income that protects them from social destitution after leaving prison, and to defend the rights of the released female debtors and protect them from any form of marginalization or social exclusion as a result of poverty, unemployment, low income or illiteracy or recidivism.
