|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف الطفو الأكاديمي وعلاقته بأداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في جائحة كورونا وفق بعض المتغيرات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والمقارن. وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (١٧٦) من معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، طبق عليهم استبانة الطفو الأكاديمي، واستبانة أداء معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2020 – 2021 م. وأشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه: - يوجد مستوى كبير من الطفو الأكاديمي، وأداء المعلمين لدى عينة البحث. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة، ودالة إحصائيا بين الطفو الأكاديمي، وأداء المعلمين. - يمكن التنبؤ بأداء المعلمين في جائحة كورونا، من الطفو الأكاديمي. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في مستوى الطفو الأكاديمي، لدى عينة البحث، وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكر - أنثى). - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الطفو الأكاديمي يرجع إلى متغير اللغة الأم، وهذا الفرق لصالح المعلمين العرب الناطقين باللغة العربية. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في مستوى الطفو الأكاديمي، ومستوى أداء المعلمين لدى عينة البحث، وفقا لمتغير العمر، ومتغير الخبرة. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في أداء المعلمين، يرجع إلى متغير الجنس، وهذه الفروق لصالح الإناث. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في أداء المعلمين يرجع إلى متغير اللغة الأم، وهذا الفرق لصالح المعلمين العرب الناطقين باللغة العربية."

|b The current study aimed to identify the Academic buoyancy and its relationship to the performance of non-native speakers of Arabic language teachers in the Corona pandemic, according to some variables. The researcher used the correlational and comparative descriptive approach. The sample of the study included (176) teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers, on whom the academic buoyancy questionnaire, and the performance questionnaire for non-native Arabic language teachers, were applied in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. The most important results of the study indicated that: - There is a large level of academic buoyancy, and teacher performance among the research sample. - There is a positive correlation and a statistically significant relationship between academic buoyancy and teachers’ performance. - Teachers’ performance in the Corona pandemic can be predicted from academic buoyancy. - There is no statistically significant difference in the level of academic buoyancy of the research sample, according to the gender variable (male-female). - There is a statistically significant difference in academic buoyancy due to the mother tongue variable, and this difference is in favor of Arabic speaking Arab teachers. - There is no statistically significant difference in the level of academic buoyancy, and the level of teachers’ performance for the research sample, according to the age variable and the experience variable. - There is a statistically significant difference in the performance of teachers, due to the gender variable, and these differences are in favor of females. - There is a statistically significant difference in the performance of teachers due to the variable of the mother tongue, and this difference is in favor of Arabic-speaking Arab teachers."
