المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف جهود جامعة الفيوم في مجال ريادة الأعمال في ضوء نظرية الرأسمالية الأكاديمية، باستخدام المنهجين النقدي والوصفي بمدخليه التحليلي والمقارن، وقد خلص البحث من خلال إطاريه النظري والميداني، وتفعيل المنهج النقدي إلى العديد من النتائج منها تغير بيئة التعليم الجامعي، وإعادة تشكيل أدواره وأهدافه وفق سياقات ثقافية واجتماعية واقتصادية؛ وبالنسبة لجامعة الفيوم، يلاحظ غياب الابتكارية والأصالة في تطبيق منظومة ريادة الأعمال بالجامعة، وتقيدها الكامل بفكر أكاديمية البحث العلمي دون مراعاة لخصوصية محافظة الفيوم وجامعتها، فضلا عن غياب مفهوم الرأسمالية الأكاديمية عن أفراد عينة الدراسة وإعرابهم عن سماعه لأول مرة من الباحثتين، بالرغم من ارتباط هذا المفهوم بكتابات ريادة الأعمال الغربية بالإضافة إلى ضعف الخلفية الثقافية للمسئولين عن منظومة ريادة الأعمال بالجامعة، وقد ظهر هذا كثيرا أثناء المقابلة في الخلط بين المشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر والمشروعات الريادية، فضلا عن جهلهم بوجود مكتب لتسجيل براءات الاختراع بالجامعة قبل إعادة إنشاء المكتب مرة أخرى دون إحلال للمكتب القديم أو الاستفادة من إمكاناته البشرية والمادية، وقدم البحث تصورا مقترحا لتحسين وتفعيل جهود جامعة الفيوم في مجال ريادة الأعمال.

The current study aimed at identifying the effort exerted by Fayoum University in the field of entrepreneurship in light of the academic capitalism using the comparative and analytical approach of the descriptive and critical design. After presenting the practical and theoretical frame the study reached the following results: The necessity of changing the university learning context, and reforming its roles and objectives according to the most prominent economic, cultural and social conditions, As to Fayoum University. It was noticed that the absence of innovation and originality in the application of the university’s entrepreneurship system, and its firm adherence to the thought of the academy of science research without taking into account the specificity of Fayoum governorate, as well as the absence of the academic capitalism concept from the study sample and their pretention of knowing about it for the first time, from the two researchers, despite the appearance of the entrepreneurship concept in the western previous literature. As well as the weakness of the cultural background of those who are responsible for the university’s entrepreneurship system. And this was very noticed during the interview when there was confusion between the small, the smaller projects and the entrepreneurial projects. As well as their ignorance of the existence of a registration office for registering patents at the university before re-establishing the office again without replacing the old one or making use of its human and financial potentials.
