|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق العمرية في الذاكرة المستقبلية بمكونيها الرئيسيين الاستعادية والاستباقية بين طلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية. طبق الباحث مقياس الذاكرة الاستعادي والاستباقي -من إعداده- على عينة متطوعة استطلاعية عددها (٤٠) من طلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، للتحقق من صدق وثبات هذا المقياس. وللإجابة عن أسئلة وفروض الدراسة طبق الباحث أداة الدراسة بعد تقدير صدقها وثباتها على عينة متطوعة أساسية من طلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية عددها الكلي (١٢٠): نصفهم (٦٠) من طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية، والنصف الأخر (٦٠) من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. وتم معالجة النتائج باستخدام التحليل الإحصائي المناسب. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن: الذاكرة الاستعادية تتنبأ بذاكرة طلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية الاستباقية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود تأثير للعمر على الذاكرة المستقبلية. وقد نوقشت النتائج في ضوء كل من الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة. وأخيرا قدمت الدراسة الحالية عددا من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة منبثقة من نتائجها."

|b The study aimed to reveal the age differences in Prospective memory, with its main component "retrospective and prospective" between Preparatory and Secondary stages students. The researcher applied a retrospective and prospective memory scale - prepared by him - on a volunteer exploratory sample of (40) students in the preparatory and secondary stages, to verify the validity and reliability of this scale. In order to answer the questions and hypotheses of the study, the researcher applied the study tool after estimating its validity and reliability on a basic volunteer sample of preparatory and Secondary stages students whose total number is (120): half of them (60) from preparatory stage students, and the other half (60) from of Secondary stage students. The results were processed using appropriate statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that: Retrospective memory predicts the prospective memory of preparatory and secondary stages students, in addition to the absence of an effect of age on prospective memory. The results were discussed in the light of both the theoretical framework and related previous studies. Finally, the current study presented a number of recommendations and proposed researches stemming from its results.
