المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن انعكاسات ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني على طلاب كلية التربية النوعية جامعة طنطا، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبانة التي اشتملت على محورين هما؛ الممارسات الخاصة بالمتنمرين عبر الإنترنت، وآثار التنمر على الطلاب، الذي تضمن بعدين؛ آثار التنمر على ضحايا التنمر من الطلاب، آثار التنمر على الطلاب المتنمرين، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية من طلاب كلية التربية النوعية جامعة طنطا بلغ قوامها (541) عضوا بنسبة مئوية (20.92) من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ (2586) طالبا وطالبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبرز الممارسات الخاصة بالمتنمرين عبر الإنترنت هي: ينتحل الطالب شخصية صديق له وإظهاره بصورة سيئة أمام الآخرين، يسخر الطالب من هيئة وشكل أحد الطلاب عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يطلق الطالب بعض الأسماء التي تثير السخرية على الآخرين عبر الإنترنت، توجيه تهديدات لبعض الطلاب من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تسجيل الألفاظ الخادشة للطلاب وعرضه على الإنترنت، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبرز آثار التنمر على ضحايا التنمر من الطلاب هي: يشعر الطالب المتنمر عليه بالضيق والبؤس والارتباك، يشعر الطالب المتنمر عليه بالقلق وعدم الأمان. يضعف لدى الطالب المتنمر عليه التركيز والانتباه أثناء العملية التعليمية، يواجه الطالب المتنمر عليه صعوبة في تكوين الصداقات داخل الجامعة وخارجها. يصبح الطالب المتنمر عليه أكثر عرضة للاستغلال، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبرز آثار التنمر على الطلاب المتنمرين هي: يواجه الطالب المتنمر قصور في الاستفادة من البرامج الجامعية بالكلية، يحرم الطالب المتنمر ويطرد من الجامعة، يتورط الطالب المتنمر في أعمال إجرامية ومخالفة للقانون، يدخل الطالب المتنمر في عراك دائم مع الآخرين داخل الجامعة، لا يرى الطالب المتنمر سوى نفسه وما يمكن أن يحصل عليه، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول إجمالي محوري الاستبانة (الأول: الممارسات الخاصة بالمتنمرين عبر الإنترنت، الثاني: آثار التنمر الإلكتروني على طلاب الجامعة)، عند مستوى (0.05) ترجع لاختلاف متغير النوع، وكانت جميع هذه الفروق لصالح الفئة الأعلى في المتوسط وهم الطالبات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الفرقة بالنسبة لإجمالي المحور الأول من الاستبانة، لصالح فئة طلاب الفرقة الرابعة. كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الفرقة بالنسبة لإجمالي المحور الثاني من الاستبانة، لصالح فئة طلاب الفرقة الرابعة.

The current study aimed to reveal the repercussions of the phenomenon of cyberbullying on students of the Faculty of Specific Education, Tanta University. In order to achieve this, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool were used, which included two axes: The practices of cyberbullying, and the effects of bullying on students, which included two dimensions; The effects of bullying on students victims of bullying, the effects of bullying on bullying students, the questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of students of the Faculty of Specific Education at Tanta University, which consisted of (541) members, with a percentage (20.92) of the original community of (2586) male and female students. The study found that the most prominent practices of cyberbullying are: The student impersonates a friend of his and shows him badly in front of others., the student mocks the body and shape of a student through social networking sites, the student calls some names that provoke ridicule at others via the Internet, directing threats to some students through social networking sites, recording offensive words for students and displaying them on the Internet, and the study also found that the most prominent effects Bullying on students victims of bullying are: the student who is bullied feels distressed, miserable and confused, the student who is bullied feels anxious and insecure, the bully student weakens focus and attention during the educational process, the student who is bullied faces difficulty in forming friendships inside and outside the university. A student who is bullied becomes more vulnerable to exploitation The study also found that the most prominent effects of bullying on bullying students are that the bullying student faces a lack of benefit from the university programs in the college, the bullying student is deprived and expelled from the university, the bullying student develops in criminal acts and violates the law, the bullying student enters into a permanent fight with others inside the university , the bullying student only sees himself and what he can get, and the study found that there are statistically significant differences about the total axes of the questionnaire (the first: the practices of online bullies, the second: the effects of cyberbullying on university students), at the level (0.05) due Variation of the type variable And all of these differences were in favor of the higher group on average, namely the female students. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the band variable in relation to the total of the first axis of the questionnaire, in favor of the fourth year students. There are also statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the band variable in relation to the total of the second axis of the questionnaire, in favor of the fourth band students.
