|a استهدفت الدراسة اختبار عائد بحوث ودراسات تنظيم المجتمع في تطوير التنظيمات الاجتماعية المدرسية، وذلك من خلال هدفين رئيسيين. الأول: اختبار عائد بحوث ودراسات تنظيم المجتمع في تطوير مجلس الآباء والأمناء والمعلمين كأحد التنظيمات الاجتماعية المدرسية، والثاني: اختبار عائد بحوث ودراسات تنظيم المجتمع في تطوير مجلس اتحاد الطلاب كأحد التنظيمات الاجتماعية المدرسية، وتصنف الدراسة الحالية ضمن بحوث تقدير عائد التدخل المهني، لذا اعتمدت الدراسة الجمع بين منهج دراسة الحالة والتصميم التجريبي الذي يستخدم القياس (القبلي- البعدي) باستخدام نموذج المجموعة الواحدة لأعضاء مجلس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين وأعضاء مجلس اتحاد الطلاب بمدرسة بتمدة الثانوية المشتركة، ومن خلال، المزج بين التحليل الكمي والكيفي أجابت نتائج الدراسة على التساؤلات الرئيسية، حيث أجابت على التساؤل الأول: حيث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بـين التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتطوير مجلس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين في ضوء دراسات وبحوث تنظيم المجتمع بالمجال المدرسي"؛ لصالح القياس البعدي بنسبة كسب معدل كبيرة وحجم تأثير قوي. كما أجابت نتائج الدراسة على التساؤل الثاني: حيث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بين التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتطوير مجلس اتحاد الطلاب في ضوء دراسات وبحوث تنظيم المجتمع بالمجال المدرسي؛ لصالج القياس البعدي بنسبة كسب معدل كبيرة وحجم تأثير قوي.

|b The study aimed to test the return of research and studies of community organization in the development of school social organizations, through two main objectives, the first: to test the return of research and studies of community organization in the development of the Council of Parents, Trustees and Teachers, and the second: to test the return of research and studies of community organization in the development of the Student Union Council. The current study is part of research estimating the return of professional intervention, and the study relied on combining the case study approach and the experimental design that uses measurement (tri- and post-test) using the one-group model for members of the board of trustees, parents, teachers and members of the Student Union Council at a joint secondary school, and the study results answered the main questions, where there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the professional intervention in the way of organizing the community and the development of the board of trustees, parents and teachers in the light of studies and research of community organization in the school field”; At the level of significance (0.05) between the professional intervention in the way of organizing the community and the development of the Student Union Council in the light of the studies and research of organizing the society school community; In favor of telemetry with a large rate gain ratio and a strong effect size.
