المستخلص: سعت الدراسة تحديدا إلى توظيف تطبيقات التعلم النقال في تطوير الأداء التقني والمعرفي لطلاب برنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بكلية الآداب جامعة المنوفية بما يناسب احتياجات سوق العمل، وكذلك معرفة آرائهم واتجاهاتهم نحو تطبيقات التعلم النقال، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة حيث بلغ عددهم (٥٤) طالب وطالبة تم إجراء الدراسة عليهم، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي، وذلك لأن هذا المنهج هو الأكثر ملائمة لأهداف الدراسة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي الموضوعي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الاتجاه لصالح التطبيق البعدي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب من الذكور والإناث باختلاف نوعهم نحو أي مهارة من المهارات الموجودة بالبطاقة، حجم تأثير تطبيقات التعلم النقال على الأداء التقني للطلاب في الاختبار البعدي كبير، وذلك نتيجة لتطور معارفهم ومهارتهم نحو استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال، وجود تأثير كبير للمتغير المستقل "تطبيقات التعلم النقال"، على المتغير التابع "اتجاهات الطلاب نحو تطبيقات التعلم النقال في المكتبات، وبذلك أوصت الدراسة المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات بضرورة الاستفادة من تطبيقات التعلم النقال بما يلائم أهدافها وتطلعاتها، وفيما يختص بأقسام المكتبات والمعلومات ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للطلاب حول تطبيقات التعلم النقال التي تخدم التخصص، وحث أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام تطبيقات التعلم النقال المناسبة في تدريس مقرراتهم ومناهجهم الدراسية لما لها من فاعلية في التحصيل المعرفي والأداء التقني المهاري.

The study aims to utilize mobile learning applications to enhance the technical and cognitive performance of students enrolled in the Library and Information Program at the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University. The objective was to align their skills with the demands of the labor market while also gauging their opinions and attitudes toward mobile learning applications. The study sample comprised fourth-year students, totaling 54 individuals, including both male and female students, on whom the investigation was conducted. he study employed the experimental approach as it best suited the study's objectives. One of the most notable findings of the study is the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the pre-and post-application phases of the objective achievement test, with higher scores observed in the post-application phase. Similarly, statistically significant differences were observed between the average scores of students in the pre-and post-application phases of the attitude scale, favoring the post-application phase. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female students, based on their gender, regarding any of the skills assessed. The impact of mobile learning applications on the technical performance of students in the post-test was found to be substantial, indicating significant development in knowledge and skills related to mobile learning application usage. Additionally, the study revealed a significant effect of the independent variable "mobile learning applications" on the dependent variable "students' attitudes towards mobile learning applications in libraries." Based on these findings, the study recommended that libraries and information institutions leverage mobile learning applications in alignment with their goals and objectives. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of organizing training courses for students on mobile learning applications relevant to their specialization. Moreover, it suggested encouraging faculty members to incorporate suitable mobile learning applications into their teaching methodologies and curricula, given their effectiveness in enhancing cognitive achievement and technical skill performance.
