المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث قضية من قضايا علم الجرح والتعديل التي لها الأثر في الحكم على رواة الأحاديث، هذه القضية وهي إلحاق السماع، وقد جعلت عنوان البحث "إلحاق السماع طرقه وأقسامه وآثاره"، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، ومشكلته، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة عليه، ومنهجه وخطبته، وبينت أنه يهدف إلى بيان مكانة السنة عامة وعلم الإسناد والجرح والتعديل خاصة، وبيان معنى إلحاق السماع وطرقه وأقسامه وأثره. وذكرت في المبحث الأول التعريف بإلحاق السماع ومصطلحاته الأخرى التي تطلق عليه وخطورته ومكانه. وأما المبحث الثاني فذكرت فيه طرق إلحاق السماع وأنها خمس طرق، وأما المبحث الأخير فقد ذكرت فيه أقسام إلحاق السماع وهي قسمين، وذكرت فيه بعض التطبيقات للرواة الذين ألحقوا سماعهم، وبينت في كل قسم أثر الإلحاق في الحكم على الرواة. والخاتمة ذكرت عددا من النتائج من أبرزها: (لا غني للمشتغلين بالحديث وعلومه عن معرفة قواعد الجرح والتعديل ومراتبها). وغيرها، ثم أردفت هذه النتائج بعدد من التوصيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، كأن تجم ع المؤسسات العلمية القضايا التي لها الأثر على الرواة جرحا وتعدي لا في موسوعة علمية مختصة، وتحصر الرواة الذين تنطبق عليهم هذه القضايا، وغير ذلك.

This research addresses an issue in the science of jarḥ (discrediting) and ta’dīl (endorsement) that has impact passing judgment on the narrators of hadiths, this issue is referred to as ilḥāq al-samā’ (falsifying the hearing of hadith), and the topic of the research is: “Ilḥāq Al-Samā’ : Its Ways, Divisions and Effects”. The research was divided into an introduction, and three topics and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it contained the importance of the topic, its problem, its objectives, literature review, its methodology and the preface, and it was clarified that the research aims at revealing the position of Sunnah in general and the science of isnad (chain of narrators), and jarḥ and ta’dīl in particular, and to clarify the meaning of ilḥāq al-samā’, its ways, divisions, and impact. In the first topic, the researcher mentioned the definition of ilḥāq al-samā’ and the other terminologies used for it, its significance, and its position . As for the second topic, it contained the ways of ilḥāq al-samā’, and that they are five ways. As for the last topic, it contained the divisions of ilḥāq al-samā’, which are two divisions, and some applications of the narrators who falsified their hearing, and it was explained in each section the effect of the falsification on the judgment on the narrators concerned. And the conclusion contained a number of findings, most notably that, inter alia: (the knowledge of the maxims of jarḥ and ta’dīl and its grades is a necessity for whoever specializes in ḥadith and its sciences), then these results were followed by a number of recommendations related to the topic of research, such as scholarly institutions collecting the issues that have impact on narrators in terms of discrediting and endorsement in a specialized scholarly encyclopedia, and listing the narrators to whom these issues apply, and so on.
