|a الحمد لله رب للعالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين، آما بعد: فإن الدعوة إلى الله بالتدرج في المجتمعات غير المسلمة، تحتاج إلى فقه ودراية، لتكون على بصيرة، فجاء عنوان البحث: (فقه التدرج في الدعوة إلى الله في المجتمعات غير المسلمة -دعوة إبراهيم -عليه السلام -أنموذجا). الأهداف: تلبية الحاجة للدعوة بالتدرج، واستلهام أساليبه من دعوة إبراهيم الخليل، وتوظيفه بما يتناسب مع خصائص المجتمع، وفتح آفاق العلم للتدرج على بصيرة. المنهج: سلكت منهج التأصيل للتدريج، ثم الوصفي التاريخي، ثم التحليل الموضوعي للآيات، ثم الاستنباط لفقه التدرج، مع الاستقراء والتتبع. النتائج، منها: إن التدرج سنة إلهية، ثابتة في دعوة جميع الأنبياء، مبنية على العلم بالأحكام ومراعاة الأولويات والواقع، بطرق مشروعة مخصوصة، ومن حكمه: موافقة الفطرة، والتيسير ورفع الحرج، ومراعاة المصالح، وتهيئة النفوس للقبول، والظروف للتطبيق، ومن آثاره تغيير المعتقدات الضالة، وصلاح النفوس، والامتثال لأمر الله، ومن فقه التدرج في دعوة إبراهيم الخليل: أساليب التدرج المنهجي، والخطابي، والاستدلالي، والعملي التطبيقي، وتوظيفه في الواقع. التوصيات: على الباحثين التطرق للتدرج في مجالات الدعوة المعاصرة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وقنواته، بما يتفق مع طبيعة المجتمع.
|b Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers. The Da‘wah (call) to Allah gradually in non-Muslim societies needs jurisprudence and know-how to be with insight. Therefore, this research is entitled: "Jurisprudence of gradualism in calling to Allah in non-Muslim societies – Abraham's da‘wah, peace be upon him, as a model. Objectives: to meet the need for gradual Da ‘wah; draw inspiration from the methods of gradualism from the Da‘wah of Abraham; employ it in proportion to the characteristics of society; and to open the horizons of knowledge to gradualism with insight. Methodology: Rooting for gradualism in Da ‘wah; then the historical descriptive of the events; then the objective analysis of the verses; then deduction of gradualism, with extrapolation and tracking. Findings: gradualism is a divine Sunnah, fixed in all prophets' Da ‘wah, based on knowledge of rulings and taking priorities and reality into account, by specific legitimate ways. Its wisdom: conforming to the instinct, facilitating and removing difficulty, taking interests into account, preparing souls for acceptance and conditions for implementation. Of its impacts: Changing misguided beliefs, righteousness of souls, compliance with Allah's commands. Of the jurisprudence of gradualism in Abraham's Da ‘wah: Methodological, rhetorical, deductive, practical and applied gradualism, and its use in reality. Recommendations: Researchers should address gradualism in the fields of contemporary Da ‘wah through social media and its multiple channels, in conformity with the nature of societies.
