المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى قياس وتحليل أثر عناصر التمويل الخارجي على التنمية المستدامة في مصر، باستخدام نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي SVAR (Structural Vector auto regression models) من خلال دراسة بيانات سنوية على الاقتصاد المصري لفترة تقدير تمتد من 1980 إلى 2019م، إذ تسمح هذه المنهجية باختبار فرضية أن هناك علاقة سببية طويلة الأجل بين المتغير التابع التنمية المستدامة، ويتم قياسها بمتوسط نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الحقيقي الإجمالي، (باعتباره أحد المؤشرات الاقتصادية لقياس التنمية المستدامة) ومصادر التمويل الخارجي التي تمثل المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في (الاستثمار الأجنبي، القروض الخارجية، المساعدات الإنمائية، تحويلات العاملين من الخارج)، وذلك بالاعتماد على عدة أساليب قياسية باستخدام اختبار استقرار السلاسل الزمنية للمتغيرات المتضمنة في النموذج وتحديد فترة الإبطاء المثلى والتأكد من استقرار النموذج. واستخدام السببية (Causality Test) بطريقة (Granger) للتأكد من موجود العلاقة السببية بين المتغيرات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة، تحليل دالة استجابة النبضات (الصدمات) وهي من التطبيقات المهمة لنماذج var والتعرف من خلالها على تأثير أي صدمة في المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغير التابع، وأيضا تقدير مكونات التباين Variance Decompositions بما يمكن من تحديد الأهمية النسبية للصدمات المفسرة للمتغيرات في مصر وترتيبها وفق تأثير كلٍ منها على المتغير التابع، ولتوضيح الأهمية النسبية التي تحتلها كل متغير من هذه المتغيرات في تفسير بعضها البعض، وأوضحت النتائج أن العلاقة السببية في اتجاه واحد من مصادر التمويل الخارجي إلى التنمية المستدامة وليس العكس، وجود علاقة تتجه للعكسية بين كل من القروض الخارجية وتحويلات العاملين من الخارج والمساعدات الإنمائية والتنمية المستدامة، وجود علاقة طردية بين الاستثمار الأجنبي والتنمية المستدامة.

The research aims to measure and analyze the impact of external finance with its multiple sources on sustainable development in Egypt, using the SVAR (Structural Vector auto regression models) model by studying annual data on the Egyptian economy for an assessment period extending from 1980 to 2019, as this methodology allows By testing the hypothesis that there is a long-term causal relationship between the dependent variable sustainable development and it is measured by the average per capita real gross domestic product, (as one of the economic indicators to measure sustainable development) and the sources of external financing that represent the independent variables represented in (foreign investment, external loans, development aid, Transfers of workers from abroad), based on several standard methods using the time-series stability test for the variables included in the model, determining the optimal slowdown period and ensuring the stability of the model. , analysis of the impulse response function (shocks), which is one of the important applications of var and . models Through it, identifying the impact of any shock in the independent variables on the dependent variable, as well as estimating the components of Variance Decompositions, in order to determine the relative importance of the shocks that explain the variables in Egypt and arrange them according to the effect of each of them on the dependent variable, and to clarify the relative importance that each of these variables occupies in Interpretation of each other, and the results were that the causal relationship is in one direction from one source of external financing to sustainable development and not the other way around, and there is an inverse relationship between external loans, remittances of workers from abroad, development aid and sustainable development, and there is a direct relationship between foreign investment and sustainable development.
