المستخلص: Statistics in Algeria declare that every year 14,000 new social movements are launched in Algeria. Indeed, the majority of social movements in Algeria are supervised by the young category which claims recognition of their social status and their share of responsibilities in the decisions of their regions in particular. However, the main causes of these triggers are still linked to lack of information in the first place and the lack of public communication in the second place. Indeed, the social change that comes from social movements always has a characteristic of an abrupt change. This change can have harmful effects on the social and economic stability of society. For this, our communication will therefore be accentuated on the role of public consultation by lover and downstream in the control and supervision of social change in Algeria.

Les statistiques en Algérie déclare que chaque année 14000 nouveaux mouvements sociaux sont déclenchés en Algérie. En effet, la majorité des mouvements sociaux en Algérie sont encadrés par la catégorie jeune qui revendique la reconnaissance de leurs statuts sociaux et leurs parts de responsabilités dans les décisions de leurs régions en particulier. Mais, Les causes principales de ces déclenchements sont liées toujours aux manques d’information en premier lieu et le manque d’une communication publique en seconde lieu. En effet, le changement social qui vient des mouvements sociaux, a toujours une caractéristique d’un changement brusque. Ce changement peut engendrer des résultats néfastes sur la stabilité sociale et économique de la société. Pour cela, notre communication sera donc accentuée sur le rôle de la concertation publique en amant et en aval dans le contrôle et l’encadrement du changement social en Algérie.
