|a تناولت الدراسة مدى فعالية حماية البيئة الطبيعية خلال فترة النزاعات والحروب "دارفور أنموذجا"، لإبراز ما تعرض لها البيئة الطبيعية ومواردها من التحديات والتهديدات جراء الاستخدام السئ لمظاهرها، الأمر الذي أدى إلى خلق بيئة غير صالحة نجم على إثرها العديد من الأمراض البيئية في كل مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية والدينية. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد منظومة متكاملة من التوجيهات والمبادئ التي تهدف إلى حماية ورعاية البيئة بكافة أشكالها ومكوناها، وإلى تقديم منهج منطقي وواقعي لتحقيق هدف الاستخلاف في الأرض، وتفعيل دور الوازع الديني في تطبيق التشريعات القانونية والرقابية والعقابية للمخالفين والمعتدين، هذا إلى جانب محاولة السعي لإبراز قواسم مشتركة تحقق حقوق الآخرين من الاندثار. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستنباطي والاستقرائي للكشف عن أهمية البيئة في حفظ التوازن بين مكونات المختلفة.

|b The study examined the effectiveness of the protection of the natural environment during the period of conflict and war "Darfur model", to highlight the challenges and threats to the natural environment and its resources due to the bad use of its manifestations, which led to the creation of an unsuitable environment resulting from many environmental diseases in all aspects of social, economic, political, cultural and religious life. The study aimed to create an integrated system of directives and principles aimed at protecting and caring for the environment in all its forms and components, and to provide a logical and realistic approach to achieving the goal of land-based succession, and to activate the role of religious leaders in the application of legal, regulatory and punitive legislation for violators and aggressors, in addition to trying to highlight common denominators that achieve the rights of others from the land. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical, inductive and inductive approach to reveal the importance of the environment in maintaining the balance between the different components
