المستخلص: إن الدراسات اللغوية الحديثة تؤكد أن مسايرة الركب اللغوي الحديث تتطلب الضبط الدقيق للمصطلحات حتى يحسن توظيفها توظيفا سليما ترق من خلاله عملية الترجمة، وإشكالية ترجمة المصطلح المتخصص عموما والاقتصادي على وجه الخصوص من بين الإشكالات التي واجهت نقل المعرفة من اللغات الأجنبية إلى اللغة العربية. وعلى الرغم من جهود اتحاد المجامع العربية في توحيد المصطلحات؛ وجهود المترجمين واللغويين إلا أن المشكلة ما زالت قائمة، وأسباب ذلك ترجع لاختلاف مصدر المصطلح واضطرابه أثناء الترجمة، وتعدد المقابل في اللغة العربية للمصطلح من اللغات الأجنبية، وتعدد مشارب المترجمين. الغرض من هذه الدراسة تحليل هذه الإشكالات لاقتراح الحلول لتوحيد المصطلح في الثقافة العربية، مفندا دواعي توحيد المصطلح العربي، لأن المصطلحات مفاتيح العلوم فإذا تعددت المصطلحات لمفهوم واحد أدى هذا إلى اضطراب في الفهم وهذا ينعكس سلبا على استيعاب المعرفة، ويساهم في تشويش عملية الترجمة برمتها.

The modern linguistic studies confirm that keeping pace with modern linguistic norms requires careful usage of terminology in order to be properly employed through which the translation process is promoted and the problem of translating the specialized terminology in general and particularly economic terms are among the problematic encountered in transferring knowledge from foreign languages to the Arabic language. Despite the efforts of the Federation of Arab Universities to unify terminology; and the efforts of translators and linguists, the problem still persists due to the term source difference and its confusion during translation and to the multiplicity of the Arabic terms equivalent to the one in foreign language and also to the multiplicity of the interpreters' backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to analyze these problems in order to propose solutions for the unification of the term in Arab culture, refuting the reasons for the unification of the Arabic terminology, because the terms are the keys to science, so if there are multiple terms equivalent to a single one, this leads to a disturbance in understanding and reflects negatively on the assimilation of knowledge, and contributes to the confusion of the entire translation process.
