المستخلص: يمكن إجمال أهداف الدراسة في النقاط التالية: تحديد إطار المفاهيم الذي يمكن الاعتماد عليه في تناول إشكالية الدراسة. وتحديد الأطر النظرية والمنهجية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في فهم تأثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في نشر التطرف والإرهاب. وصف وتحليل القضايا المرتبطة بالاستخدام الإيجابي والسلبي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وصف وتحليل تأثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تشكيل الوعي والأيدولوجية المرتبطة بقضايا التطرف والإرهاب. منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بهدف وصف وتحليل تأثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على نشر التطرف والإرهاب في المجتمع. الطريقة البحثية: طريقة المسح الإنساني باستخدام استبيان إلكتروني كأداة لجمع البيانات لمستخدمي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد جاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: تمثل الضغوط الخارجية وهيمنة الدول الكبرى السبب الرئيسي وراء انتشار التطرف والإرهاب في المجتمع، يليها انهيار منظومة التعليم ثم الإعلام وبث الأفكار والمفاهيم المغلوطة ثم انتشار البطالة بين الشباب وما يتولد عنها من الشعور بالعجز واليأس والإحباط، ثم غياب العدالة الاجتماعية وسوء توزيع الثروة، والكبت والتهميش والإقصاء من قبل الدولة، والفقر والتخلف، وتدني مستوى المشاركة السياسية خاصة بين الشباب والافتقار إلى قدر كبير من حرية التعبير. مما يشكل خطر كبير مجتمعنا عند استغلال الجماعات الإرهابية لتلك العوامل. أن بعض الحسابات في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تهدد الفكر الأمني للمجتمع عن طريق الإعلام وبث الأفكار المتطرفة، والتشدد والغلو والفهم الخاطئ للدين، وسهولة التواصل من خلال الأنترنت مع الجماعات المتطرفة والإرهابية وعدم قدرة الدول على ملاحقتهم، تداول وتناقل للأفكار والمفاهيم المغلوطة بين الأفراد عبر تلك الشبكات، كما أن هناك حسابات أيضا مكرسة لبث النعرات الطائفية. بعض شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تشجيع الثورة على الأنظمة الحاكمة وتستخدم من قبل المتطرفين فكريا كأداة للتطرف الأيديولوجي في الإعلان والترويج لعملياتهم الإرهابية، ونشر المواد الدعائية الخاصة بالجماعات الإرهابية أنفسهم. وهذا يدل على حاجة المجتمع لدعم الفكر الأمني قبل المؤسسات الإعلامية.

The objectives of the study can be summed up in the following points: Determine the framework of concepts that can be relied upon in dealing with the problem of study. Define the theoretical and methodological frameworks that can be relied upon in understanding the impact of social networks on spreading extremism and terrorism. Describe and analyze issues related to the positive and negative use of social networks. Describe and analyze the impact of social networks on shaping awareness and ideology associated with extremism and terrorism issues. The most important results of the study were as follows: - Getting to know new people anywhere in the world and the ease of expressing opinion without restrictions is also considered one of the main positive reasons for the spread of social networks, followed by communication with others from family and friends, then ease of use, culture and knowledge and the low cost of using it. -External pressures and the hegemony of the major powers represent the main reason behind the spread of extremism and terrorism in society, followed by the collapse of the education system, then the media, the transmission of false ideas and concepts, then the spread of unemployment among young people and the resulting feeling of powerlessness, despair and frustration, then the absence of social justice and poor distribution of wealth, suppression and marginalization State exclusion, poverty and backwardness, the low level of political participation, especially among young people, and the lack of a large amount of freedom of expression. This poses a great danger to our society when terrorist groups exploit these factors. - Some accounts in social networks threaten the security thought of society through the media, broadcasting extremist ideas, militancy, exaggeration and misunderstanding of religion, and the ease of communication through the Internet with extremist and terrorist groups and the inability of countries to pursue them, trading and transmitting ideas and concepts misconceptions between individuals through those networks And there are also accounts devoted to spreading sectarian strife. -Some social networks encourage the revolution against the ruling regimes and are used by extremists intellectually as a tool for ideological extremism in advertising and promoting their terrorist operations, and publishing propaganda materials related to terrorist groups themselves. This indicates the community's need to support security thought before media organizations.
