المستخلص: This paper focuses on the role of e-government in improving the public service by presenting one of the leading Arab and international experiences in this field, the experience of the UAE, and the successes achieved through it through the level of public service provided in this country. Algeria, especially with the launch of the e-Algeria project, and the contents of this project, which will contribute to improving the public service provided to citizens in Algeria, which suffers from the specter of bureaucracy and administrative corruption, all this in the light of globalization and its scientific progress and technology.
