المستخلص: يستهدف البحث الحالي تطوير اختبار مهارات التفكير الناقد المعد من قبل لورين ستاركي الصادر من مؤسسة (Learning Express) عام (٢٠١٠) لطلبة الجامعة. ولتمكين الهدف من التحقيق، قامت الباحثة بإتباع خطوات علمية في تطوير الأداة بدءا بترجمة التعليمات وبنود الأداة من اللغة الإنكليزية إلى اللغة العربية، ثم تقوم الباحثة بترجمتها من اللغة العربية إلى اللغة الإنكليزية، مع تأكيدها ومراعاتها لجميع الأفكار لكي تصل إلى الدقة والشمولية الموجودة في الأداة، وقد أخذت الباحثة بإجراء التعديل التي اقترحوه خبراء الترجمة. ثم أخذت الأداة وتعليماته وعرضته على خبير متخصص في اللغة العربية، وبعد الأخذ بملاحظاته، عرضت على المحكمين الخبراء في علم النفس، للتحقق من أن الخصائص مناسبة له ولبدائله متوفر من حيث الشكل والمضمون، وأخذت الباحثة بآرائهم، وقد اعتبرت فقرات الأداة جميعها صالحة من حيث المنطق لقياس الغرض الذي عدت من اجل قياسه. وللتأكد من وضوح تعليمات وفقرات الاختبار ولتحديد زمن الأداء نفذ الاختبار على (٦٠) طالبا وطالبة وقد اعتبرت عينة استطلاعية من غير عينة التحليل الإحصائي، وظهرت بان تعليمات وفقرات الاختبار واضحة، وتم تحديد زمن الأداء. الاختبار تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (٧٥٠) طالبا وطالبة من (جامعة بغداد/ الدراسة الصباحية) تم انتقائهم بأسلوب العينة العشوائية متعددة المراحل، واعتمدت الباحثة على أنموذج ثنائي المعلم، وهو أحد نماذج نظرية الاستجابة للفقرة لتحليل فقرات الاختبار، وللتحقق من افتراضات الأنموذج اتبعت الباحثة ما يأتي: التحليل الإحصائي وفق نظرية الاستجابة للفقرة فقد تم من خلال استناد الباحثة على أحد نماذج نظرية الاستجابة للفقرة (أنموذج ثنائي المعلم) في تحليل فقرات اختبار مهارات تفكير الناقد وكما حسبه برنامج بايلوج (Bilog—m3) وللتأكد من افتراضات النموذج اتبعت الباحثة الاتي: (التحليل العاملي بطريقة المكونات الأساسية، علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية). فضلا عن أن فقرات مطابقة لأنموذج ثنائي المعلم يعتبر أن الفقرات تقيس سمة هذا دليلا على أحادية البعد، اعتمادا إلى قيمة مربع كاي بمستوى دلالة (٠.٠٥)، قبول صعوبة الفقرة (-٢.٥) إلى (2.5+)، قبول تمييز الفقرة (٠.٥) إلى (٢.٥)، وتبين أن جميع الفقرات ضمن الحدود المقبول لم تحذف أي فقرة. وتم التحقق من صدق الاختبار، وثبات الاختبار طريق مؤشرين نسبة التباين لتقدير ثبات الاختبار ودالة المعلومات لتقدير ثبات القدرة.

The present research aims to develop the critical thinking skills test prepared by Lauren Starkey of the Learning Express Foundation (2010) for university students. To objective this achieved, the researcher has followed scientific steps in the development of the tool, starting with the translation of instructions and items of the tool from English to English. The researcher then translates them from Arabic into English, confirming and observing all the ideas in order to reach the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the tool. The researcher has made the amendment proposed by experts on translation. Then she took the tool and its instructions and presented it to an expert specialized in Arabic language, and after taking his remarks, she presented to the arbitrators experts in psychology, to verify that the appropriate characteristics of it and his alternatives are available in form and content, and the researcher took their views, and all the paragraphs of the tool were considered valid in terms of logic To measure the purpose you promised to measure. In order to ascertain the clarity of the instructions and paragraphs of the test and to determine the performance time, the test was carried out on (60) male and female students. The test was applied to a sample of (750) students from (University of Baghdad / morning study) The researcher relied on a two-parameter model, which is one of the models of the paragraph response theory to analyze the test paragraphs. Responding to the paragraph (a dual-teacher model) in the analysis of the paragraphs of the test of critical thinking skills as calculated by the program ((Bilog-m3)). (Factor analysis of the basic components method, the relationship of the paragraph to the total degree) In addition, paragraphs identical to the two-parameter model consider that the paragraphs measure the characteristic of this one-dimensional evidence, depending on the value of the square kai with a level of significance (0.05), accept the difficulty of paragraph (- 2.5) to (+ 2.5), acceptance of paragraph discrimination (5.0 ) To (5.2), shows that all paragraphs within acceptable limits did not delete any paragraph. The validity of the test and the stability of the test were verified by two contrast ratio indicators to estimate the test stability and the information function to estimate the power stability.
