المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد اختبار بول نيوتن للقدرة على الاستدلال الميكانيكي وفقا لنظرية الاستجابة للفقرة باستخدام الأنموذج أحادي البارامتر، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اتبعت الباحثة مجموعة خطوات علمية في إعداد الاختبار بدءا بترجمة فقرات الاختبار والتعليمات من اللغة الإنكليزية إلى اللغة العربية. ثم عرضت تعليمات الاختبار وفقراته، على مجموعة محكمين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية، للتأكد من توافر الخصائص المناسبة لها ولبدائلها من حيث الشكل والمضمون وقد عدت جميع فقرات الاختبار صالحة منطقيا لقياس ما وضعت من أجل قياسه. وقد طبق الاختبار على عينة مكونة من (250) طالبا وطالبة على المرحلة الإعدادية في مدارس محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي (2016-2017)، واعتمدت الباحثة على الأنموذج أحادي البارامتر لتحليل فقرات الاختبار، وللتحقق من مجموعة افتراضات الأنموذج اتبعت الباحثة ما يأتي: 1-أحادية البعد: للتحقق من هذا الافتراض أجرت الباحثة التحليل العاملي للاختبار بطريقة المكونات الأساسية، إذ تم الحصول على عامل واحد ذي معنى مفسر للاختبار، واعتمد نفس العامل على الحدود الدنيا ت (جتمان) الذي يعد العامل دالا إحصائيا حينما يكون الجذر الكامن له الذي يساوي أو يزيد عن (١)، واعتماد نسبة (٠،٣٠) وفق معيار جيلفورد فما فوق على أنها نسبة تشبع فقرات الاختبار بالعامل العام، ولم يحذف البرنامج أي فقرة من فقرات الاختبار. 2-مطابقة الفقرات للأنموذج استنادا إلى قيمة مربع (كاي) لحسن المطابقة بمستوى دلالة (0.05) وكما حسبها برنامج راسكال إذ لم يستبعد البرنامج أي فقرة من فقرات الاختبار كون قيمها كانت أقل من قيمة مربع (كاي) عند مستوى (٠،٠٥). 3-استقلاليه القياس بما يحقق موضوعية القياس كما تمثل بأنموذج أحادي البارامتر، إذ لم تستبعد أي من الفقرات. 4-من أجل التخلص من الكسور والإشارات السالبة حولت الباحثة وحدة اللوجيت إلى وحدة الواط المئوية لتقديرات صعوبة الفقرات قدرة الأفراد، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

The current research aimed at preparing the Paul Newton test for mechanical inference capability according to the theory of inherent characteristics using the Rush model. To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the scientific steps in the preparation of the test beginning with the translation of the test paragraphs and instructions from English to Arabic. Then the test instructions and paragraphs were presented to the arbitrators in the educational and psychological sciences in order to ascertain the availability of the appropriate characteristics for them and their solutions in terms of form and content. All test clauses were logically valid for measuring what was set for measurement. The test was applied to a sample of (250) students at the preparatory stage in Baghdad governorate schools for the academic year (2017-2018). The researcher adopted a one-parameter model to analyze the test paragraphs. To verify the model assumptions, the researcher followed the following 1-One-dimensional: The researcher conducted the global analysis of the test in the form of the basic components. One meaningful factor was obtained for the test. The same factor was adopted at the minimum of Gtman, which is a statistically significant factor when the underlying root is more than or equal to (1), and the ratio of (0.30) and above as the proportion of saturation of the test paragraphs in the public factor according to the Gilford standard, and the program did not delete any of the paragraphs. 2-Matching the paragraphs on the model based on the value of the square (kai) for the good match at the level of significance (0,05) as calculated by the program did not exclude the program any paragraph of the test because the values were less than the value of the square (Kay) at the level (0.05). 3-The independence of measurement to achieve the objectivity of measurement as represented by Rush model, no Exclude any of the paragraphs. . 4-In order to eliminate the fractions and negative signals, the researcher turned the logite unit into the watt-centimeter unit for the difficulty assessment of the vertebrae and the estimates of the ability of the individuals in the logitech to the watt unit. The researcher reached some conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
