In addition, the researcher estimates the provisions of this protection compared to the international level and the statement of vulnerabilities included in the environmental legislation and whether it is sufficient to achieve the purpose for which enacted for it the environmental legislation. Therefore, the legislator is obliged to amend the legislation in line with the objectives sought to be achieved by the legislation. | ||
