المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز معوقات تطبيق استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني بين طلبة التعليم العام والصم وضعاف السمع، في المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة بمحافظة ينبع، ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة لهذه الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات الذين يعملون في جميع مدارس الدمج التابعة لمحافظة ينبع في المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة، توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ما يلي: أن أفرد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على أثر استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني على تحسين الاندماج والتعاون مع طلاب التعليم العام لدى الطلبة الصم وضعاف السمع. كما أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على معوقات تطبيق استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني للطلبة الصم وضعاف السمع. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف (عدد سنوات الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، معلم المرحلة)، بينما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق متغير الجنس، ولصالح الذكور. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالآتي: منح السلطة والصلاحية المناسبة للمعلمين والمعلمات لتمكينهم من تطبيق التعلم التعاوني للصم وضعاف السمع، توفير المخصصات المالية اللازمة لتوفير الأثاث اللازم للتعلم التعاوني من كراسي وطاولات.

This study aimed to the determination of the obstacles lying behind the implementation of the cooperative learning strategy among general education students, the deaf and hearing-impaired students, in the elementary and intermediate stages in Yanbu governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method in addition to the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data required for this study. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers who were working in all the integration schools in Yanbu governorate in the elementary and intermediate stages. The study has concluded a set of results as follows: The study sample individuals responded with "agree" with high degree to the effect of collaborative learning strategy on improving integration and cooperation with public education students and deaf and hearing impaired students, the results showed that the members of the study sample agreed, to a moderate degree, upon the obstacles that hinder the implementation of the cooperative learning strategy for deaf and hearing-impaired students. In addition, the results of the study pointed out that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members according to (the number of years of experience, the educational level, stage teacher). On the other hand, it concluded that there were sex variable differences for the favor of the male. Based on the results, the researcher recommended: providing the teachers with required authorities and liabilities in order to be able to apply cooperative learning for deaf and hearing-impaired students; in addition to provide the required financial support to buy the furniture required for cooperative learning such as; chairs and tables.
