تستهدف هذه الدراسة تعرف دور معلمة الروضة في تفعيل أركان الأنشطة التعليمية ومدى تأثيرها لدى أطفال مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال بوحدة التضامن الإدارية، مدينة الدويم، ولاية النيل الأبيض. تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات والموجهات والبالغ عددهن (63) معلمة وموجهة. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية للمعلمات، وقصدية للموجهات والبالغ عددهن (59) منهن (50) معلمة، و(9) موجهات. واعتمدت الاستبانة والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات. كما استخدمت طريقة إدخال البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) حيث استخدمت أساليب التكرارات والنسب المئوية، وعمل الجداول الوصفية، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. ومن أهم النتائج: جميع العبارات لأفراد الدراسة جاءت دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية 0.05. تراوحت نتائج العبارات جميعا ما بين دائماً وغالبا. بلغ المتوسط للمحور الأول والرابع ككل (3.96) وهذا يدل على أن دور تفعيل الأنشطة التعليمية برياض الأطفال ومدى تأثيرها على خصائص مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة جاء بصورة كافية، وهذا ما لاحظه الباحثان في رياض الأطفال التي تمت زيارتها. كما بلغ المتوسط للمحور الثاني والثالث والخامس والسادس ككل (4.08) وهذا يدل على أن دور تفعيل الأنشطة التعليمية برياض الأطفال تراوحت نتائج العبارات فيها جميعا ما بين دائما وغالبا. أوصت الدراسة: بضرورة الاهتمام لزيادة توفير الأنشطة التعليمية التربوية التي تعتمد على استخدام التقنيات التربوية الحديثة داخل الأركان التعليمية برياض الأطفال.
This study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten female teacher in activating the elements of educational activities and their impact on children in early childhood stage, from the view point of the kindergarten female teachers at Adweim administrative Unit in Adweim town, at the White Nile state. The analytic descriptive method was selected for conducting this study. The population of the study comprises (63) female teachers and supervisors and the sample of the study was randomly selected from the female teachers but purposely for the supervisors whose total number was 59; fifty out of them were teachers and (9) supervisors. The questionnaire and observation were adopted as instruments for data collection. Also, data analytic input method was adopted by using the Statist!c Packages of Social Sciences programme (SPSS) where frequencies, percentages, descriptive tables, arithmetic mean and the standard deviations were used. And among the most important findings are: All the responses of the study sample individuals were statistically significant at level of 0.05 and range of the results of all the statements was between the levels "always and often." The mean of the first and fourth cores reached (3.96) which indicates that the role of activating the educational activities in children kindergartens and to what extent it influences the characteristics or attributes of early childhood stage and were sufficient and this was observed by the two researchers in the visited kindergartens. The mean of the second, third, fifth and sixth cores as a whole was (4.08) which indicates that the role of activating the educational activities in kindergartens made all the responses results ranged between "always and often." And the study recommended the necessity of giving due care to increase providing the educational learning activities which depend on using modern educational technologies and blending them into the educational principles in kindergartens.
