المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التركيز على قضية عدم اكتمال بناء الدولة في إفريقيا التي تشكل تحديا حقيقيا أفرزته الظاهرة الاستعمارية، وخاصة مع وضع حدود جيوسياسية لا تأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات المجتمعات بكل مستوياتها وتشعباتها المتباينة (الإثنية، العرقية، الدينية والثقافية ...)، وهو ما ساهم بشكل واضح في خلق أزمة هوية واندماج وطني راجع لعدم قدرة الدولة على التكيف مع المتغيرات والتحولات التي تحدث على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي، وبقائها رهينة الخلفيات والمراجع السابقة في هيكلها المؤسسي، وهو ما انعكس على بناءاتها الاجتماعية والثقافية، وبالتالي فمسار بناء أو هيكلة هوية وطنية لا يتحقق إلا من خلال سلطة الدولة تكون أكثر قدرة على تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي والاندماج الوطني.

The colonial phenomenon left an actual problem in the continent of Africa, represented in the incompleteness of the state building. It also clearly contributed to the establishment of a crisis of identity and national integration by drawing geographical lines that do not take into account the peculiarities of society at its different levels and ramifications (ethnic, racial, and even religious and cultural...); The colonial dimension had a great impact on the state's inability to adapt to the changes and transformations taking place at the internal and external levels, which led to it remaining hostage to previous backgrounds and references in its institutional structure. This has made many African countries, since their independence, face many challenges and stakes at the level of state-building in its institutional, social and even cultural aspect, due to the inability of the majority of these countries to get rid of the colonial legacy with all its political, economic and social remnants..., which constituted an obstacle, a real move towards building a new state in Africa completely independent of the colonizer and its various sediments.
