|a تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الجندرية، والذي حاولت بعض المنظمات الدولية حشره في قانون الضمان الاجتماعي الليبي، وترجع أهمية هذه الدراسة في أن الجندرية تتعارض والشريعة الإسلامية، باعتبار أن من ينادي بها يطالب بالمساواة المطلقة بين الرجل والمرأة، ونكران قوامة الرجل على المرأة. والحق أن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو توعية المجتمع الليبي، وخصوصا المرأة لمثل هذه الأفكار الغربية، والتي يكون الغرض منها هدم المجتمع من خلال نشر الانحلال والعري فيه. وفي ختام هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: بيان المفهوم الحقيقي للجندرية، الأمر الذي دعانا نطلق توصية للجهات التي لها علاقة بتوعية المجتمع لخطر تطبيق الجندرية في مجتمعنا الليبي الإسلامي.
|b This study deals with issue of gender, which some international organizations have tried to include in the Libyan social security law ,the importance of this study is due to the fact that gender is inconsistent with Islamic law, considering that those who advocate it are calling for absolute equality between the sexes, and the denial of the guardianship of men over women. The aim of the aim of this study is to educate the Libyan community, especially women to such western ideas, which are the purpose of demolishing society through the deployment of the disease and nine. At the end of this study, reaching several results of the most important of which were: the statement of the true immoral of the soldier, which we called for a recommendation to the ayntroit of awareness of the community in the Libyan Islamic society.
