يتلخص موضوع البحث في كيفية توظيف الأصوليين للمقاصد، وذلك من خلال استدلالهم بها على المسائل الأصولية، فالمقاصد حاضرة في تعليلاتهم العقلية لآرائهم في مسائل الأصول يشهد لذلك: استدلالهم بالمقاصد في تقرير جملة كثيرة من المسائل والقواعد الأصولية، مستخدمين في التعليل ألفاظا، مثل: المصلحة، ودرء المفسدة، واضطراب أحكام الشرع، وغير ذلك، وقد سلك الباحث في دراسته منهجا: وصفيا وتحليليا. ويظهر هذا البحث مدى التمازج والتكامل بين علمي أصول الفقه ومقاصد الشريعة، فمن المقاصد التي ذكروها في تعليلهم للمسائل الأصولية: الامتثال لمطلوب الشارع، وحفظ الدين من الزوال من خلال إقامة الشعائر، وحفظ الدين بالاجتهاد، وعدم الإخلال بدين الله، وحفظ النظام العام للأمة، ثم أعقبت ذلك بذكر بعض النماذج التطبيقية في مسائل أصولية متنوعة توضح ذلك، ويوصي الباحث طلبة العلم والمتخصصين بدراسة هذا الموضوع بشكل موسع.
The topic of the research is summarized in how the fundamentalists employ the objectives, through their inference on the fundamental issues. The objectives are present in their rational justifications for their opinions in the issues of the fundamentals which is attested by: their inference with the objectives in deciding a large number of issues and fundamentalist rules, using words in the reasoning, such as: interest, warding off corruption, disorder of Sharia rulings, and so on. In his study, the researcher took a descriptive and analytical approach. This research shows the extent of blending and complementarity between the sciences of the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia. Among the purposes that they mentioned in their explanation of fundamentalist issues are: complying with the requirements of the legislator, preserving religion from perishing through the establishment of rituals, preserving religion by diligence, not violating the religion of God, and preserving the public order of the nation, then this was followed by mentioning some applied models in various fundamentalist issues that illustrate this. The researcher recommends students and specialists to study this subject extensively.
