المستخلص: موضوعه: رواية العدل عن غيره؛ إحدى قواعد التعديل غير الصريح عند المحدثين، اعتنى بها علماء الأصول ضمن مسائل دليل السنة، واختلفوا في صحة الاستدلال بها اختلافا معنويا بنيت عليه مسائل أصولية وأحكاما فقهية مختلفة. أهدافه: تحقيق المسألة عند علماء الحديث والأصول، وبيان أثر الخلاف في المسائل الأصولية والفقهية، وإيضاح مدى عناية العلماء الراسخين في تمييز صحيح السنة من غيرها، من خلال قواعد مطردة ومستمرة. منهجه: اقتضى تأصيل المسألة وتطبيقاتها اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي لأقوال العلماء من المحدثين والأصوليين في المسألة، ثم استنباط الراجح منها، وكذلك استقراء ما يبنى مسألة البحث من المسائل الأصولية والأحكام الفقهية. النتائج: أظهر البحث عناية العلماء الراسخين بالتعديل بهذه الصورة من صور التعديل غير الصريح تقعيدا وتطبيقا، من خلال نظرهم في القرائن التي يبنى عليها تصحيح نصوص السنة واستقامة الاستدلال بها، وبهذا تتبين العناية العملية والعلمية للعلماء الراسخين في الرد على أعداء نصوص السنة الذين لا يألون جهدا في التشكيك فيها وفي صحتها سواء من حيث الجملة أو التفصيل. التوصيات: ومن أهم ما يوصى به ضرورة العناية بمسائل التعديل غير الصريح وتطبيقاته في كتب السنة؛ للإسهام في حفظ نصوص السنة من جهة، ومن الأخرى إبراز عناية العلماء الراسخين بحفظها، وكذلك ضرورة الجمع بين الدراسة النظرية لمسائل الأصول والجانب التطبيقي وخصوصا في كتب السنة؛ لترسيخ الدراسة النظرية من خلال تطبيقها، وللإسهام في الحفاظ على نصوص السنة واستمرار العمل بها.

Its subject matter: The narration of Al-Adl (the reliable one) on the authority of others is one of the rules of the non-explicit endorsement (ta‘deel) according to the scholars of hadiths, it was given special attention by the scholars of Usūl (Fundamentals of Jurisprudence) within the issues of the authority of the Sunnah, and they differed on the validity of using it as a proof in a way that actually led to some Usūlī issues and various jurisprudential rulings being premised on it. Its objectives: To investigate the issue according to scholars of hadith and Usūl, and to explain the impact of the disagreement on issues of Usūl and jurisprudence, and to clarify the extent to which the versed scholars gave attention to distinguishing the authentic Sunnah from others, through steady and continuous rules. Its methodology: The basic appraisal of the issue and its applications required following the inductive methodology on the sayings of scholars of hadiths and those of Usūl on the issue, then inferring the most correct from it, as well as extrapolating what was premised on the research issue from issues of Usūl and jurisprudential rulings. The findings: The research showed the attention of versed scholars on the non explicit endorsement (ta'deel) in theory and application, through their consideration of the proofs upon which the correction of the texts of the Sunnah and the correctness of their inference are based. This shows the theoretical and practical attention of the versed scholars in refuting the enemies of the texts of Sunnah who are hell-bent in making them doubtful and questioning their validity, whether generally or in details. Recommendations: One of the most important things that was recommended is the need to pay attention to issues of non-explicit endorsement and its applications in the books of Sunnah; to contribute to preserving the texts of the Sunnah on one hand, and on the other to highlight the attention of the versed scholars in preserving them, as well as the necessity of combining the theoretical study of the issues of Usūl and the practical side of it, especially in the books of Sunnah; to consolidate the theoretical study through its application, and to contribute to preserving the texts of the Sunnah and continuing to work on them.
