المستخلص: " الأمر والنهي من أهم مباحث علم أصول الفقه، إذ عليهما مدار الأحكام، وبالأحكام يتم قصد الشارع من وضع الشريعة، وبامتثالها تتحقق مصالح العباد، والإمام أبو البركات النسفي عالم جليل، حنفي المذهب، له طريقته الخاصة في تقرير مباحث هذا العلم واستثمارها، فجاء هذا البحث لدراسة منهجه في مباحث دلالتي الأمر والنهي في تفسيره، وبيان أثر تلك الدلالتين عنده، ومنزلتهما في معرفة أحكام الشارع، والوقوف على مدى التزامه بمذهبه الحنفي في مسائلهما. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتضمن فصلين، تناول الفصل الأول دلالة الأمر، واشتمل على مبحثين، المبحث الأول في تعريف الأمر وصيغه وموجبه وبحث مذهب الإمام النسفي في ذلك كله، والمبحث الثاني في ذكر مسائل تتعلق بدلالة الأمر ظهر أثرها في تفسير الإمام النسفي وهي: موجب الأمر بعد الحظر، وحكم الأمر بالشيء في ضده، وحسن المأمور به، وحكم الأمر بأشياء على جهة التخيير. وتناول الفصل الثاني دلالة النهي، واشتمل على مبحثين، المبحث الأول في تعريف النهي وصيغه وموجبه وبيان مسلك الإمام النسفي فيه، والمبحث الثاني في ذكر مسائل تتعلق بدلالة النهي ظهر أثرها عند الإمام النسفي، وهي: حكم النهي عن شيء معين في ضده، قبح المنهي عنه، حكم النهي عن واحد لا بعينه. وختم البحث بذكر أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أثر دلالتي الأمر والنهي في تفسير الإمام النسفي، ومدى عنايته بمباحثهما، ودقته في إعمال مسائلهما، كما أبرزت تفرده رحمه الله في مذهبه، حيث لم يكن مقلدا، بل كان إماما مجتهدا له طريقته المميزة في النظر والاستنباط."

" The order and prohibition of the most important investigations of the science of jurisprudence, as they have the course of judgments, and the provisions are intended to the street of the development of sharia, and by its compliance the interests of the servants, imam Abu al- Barakat al-Nasfi is a great scholar, Hanafi al-Gildeh, has his own way of reporting and investing the investigations of this science, so this research came to study his approach in the investigations of the significance of the matter and prohibition in its interpretation, to show the impact of those two indications on him, and their status in knowing the provisions of the street, and to see the extent to which he adheres to his hanafi doctrine in their matters. The research adopted the analytical inductive approach, which included two chapters, which dealt with the first chapter, which included two subjects, the first research in the definition, formula and obligation of the matter and the examination of the doctrine of imam Nasfi in all of this, and the second research on the mention of issues relating to the reason for the order, which had an impact on the interpretation of imam Al-Nasfi: the need for the order after the prohibition, the ruling of the order against him, the good of the warden, and the ruling on things on the point of choice. The second chapter dealt with the significance of prohibition, and included two topics, the first research on the definition of prohibition, its formulas and its obligations, and the statement of the conduct of imam Al- Nasfi in it, and the second in mentioning issues relating to the significance of the prohibition whose effect appeared to Imam Al-Nasfi: the ruling on the prohibition of something specific in against him, the ugliness of the terminator, the ruling on the prohibition of one rather than one. The research concluded by mentioning the most important findings and recommendations. The study showed the effect of the significance of the order and prohibition in the interpretation of Imam Nasfi, the extent to which he took care of their investigations, and his accuracy in the realization of their issues, as well as his uniqueness in his doctrine, where he was not a copycat, but a diligent imam with his distinctive way of looking and devising."
