المستخلص: يعيش الاقتصاد العالمي معركة في مجال التكنولوجيا والمعلومات، وخاصة في البلدان المتقدمة التي تسعى جاهدة لتطوير اقتصاد ذكي ورقمي الذي سيتيح لها تحقيق نمو شامل وسريع بمختلف الميادين. بينما لا تزال البلدان الأفريقية للأسف تفتقر إلى البنية والتجهيزات والثقافة والقدرات البشرية لتتبع هذا التقدم. بالإضافة إلى إشكالية المماطلة في تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتفعيل الذكاء الاقتصادي في جميع مجالاتها. من هذا المنطلق، يمكن أن يؤدي عدم التوازن هذا إلى اتخاذ قرارات سيئة، مما قد يؤدي إلى نتائج سلبية تؤثر على التقدم الاقتصادي والآفاق المستقبلية في معظم المجالات للبلدان الإفريقية. ومنه، ستوضح هذه المقالة أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في الذكاء الاصطناعي في تقدم البلدان الأفريقية.

The world economy is experiencing a battle in the field of technology and information, particularly in developed countries that are striving to develop a smart and digital economy that will enable them to achieve global and rapid growth in various fields. Unfortunately, African countries still lack the structure, equipment, culture and human capacity to keep up with this progress. In addition to the problem of procrastination in the application of information and communication technologies and the activation of economic intelligence in all its fields. From this point of view, this imbalance can lead to wrong decisions, which can lead to negative results affecting economic progress and future prospects in most regions of African countries. On this basis, this paper will explain the importance of the use of ICT in artificial intelligence for the progress of African countries.

L'économie mondiale connaît une bataille dans le domaine de la technologie et de l'information, en particulier dans les pays développés qui s'efforcent de développer une économie intelligente et numérique qui leur permettra d'atteindre une croissance globale et rapide dans divers domaines. Malheureusement, les pays africains n'ont toujours pas la structure, l'équipement, la culture et les capacités humaines nécessaires pour suivre ces progrès. Outre le problème de la procrastination dans l'application des technologies de l'information et de la communication et l'activation de l'intelligence économique dans tous ses domaines. De ce point de vue, ce déséquilibre peut conduire à de mauvaises décisions, qui peuvent entraîner des résultats négatifs affectant le progrès économique et les perspectives d'avenir dans la plupart des régions des pays africains. Sur cette base, le présent document expliquera l'importance de l'utilisation des TIC dans l'intelligence artificielle pour le progrès des pays africains.
