سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أخلاقيات مهنة التربية والتعليم حسب ما توفر في الأدب التربوي ودراسة مدى التزام معلمات المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية في مدينة الرياض بأخلاقيات مهنة التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات والتعرف على أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية- إن وجدت- إن وجدت- بين وجهات نظر المعلمات والمديرات اتجاه مدى التزام المعلمات بأخلاقيات مهنة التربية والتعليم تعزى لعدد من المتغيرات. استخدم الوصفي المسحي لإجراء الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 262 مديرة ومعلمة اختزن عشوائياً. صممت الباحثة. صممت الباحثة استبانة لجمع البيانات تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وبلغ معامل الثبات (0.97). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر المديرات و المعلمات حول مدى التزام المعلمات بأخلاقيات المهنة للمجالات الأربعة مجتمعة. كما وأظهر نتائج الدراسة أن التزام المعلمات بأخلاقيات المهنة في علاقاتهن بالطالبات. وبأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي. وبالإدارة المدرسية، وبزميلات المهنة من وجهة نظر كان عالياً. وترى المديرات أن التزام المعلمات بأخلاقيات المهنة في علاقاتهن. بزميلات المهنة أحتل درجة أعلى من علاقاتهن بالإدارة، فين حين احتلت علاقة المعلمات بالطالبات الدرجة الأدنى بين الحالات الأربع. أما المعلمات فرأين أن التزامهن بأخلاقيات المهنة في علاقاتهن بالطالبات وبأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي كما يرين فقد كان عالياً فقط
This study intended to know the ethics of education profession as it provides in some of the literature and studying the extent of both intermediate and secondary female teachers' abidance in public education schools in Riyadh city by education profession ethics from school principals & female teachers perspective and to know any statistical differences - if any - between school principals and female teachers' perspectives towards the extent of female teachers abidance by the ethics of education profession attributed to some variables. Survey descriptive methodology was used to conduct the study. Study sample consisted of 262 female principals and teachers selected randomly. The researcher has designed a questionnaire to collect data validity and constancy of which were verified and constancy coefficient was reached (0.97). The study has shown that there are statistical differences between principals and teachers' perspectives about the extent of female teachers' abidance by profession ethics in relation to the four fields collectively. Also. the study results have shown that the abidance of female teachers by education ethics in their relationships with students. students' parent and local community, school administration, and their colleagues from principals' perspective was high. The principals believe that the abidance of female teachers by profession ethics in their relationships with the colleagues took higher degree than their relationships with administration, while female teachers' relationship with students was the lowest degree of the four fields. Female teachers think that their abidance by profession ethics in their relationships with their colleagues is very high, as well as their relationships with administration that took the following degree.
