|a هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن مدى توظيف المرشدين الطلابيين لبرمجيات الإرشاد الإلكترونية في المدارس، والفروق فيها وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة ومستوى المدرسة. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٧٤) فردا، منهم (١٤٦) مرشدا، و(١٢٨) مرشدة اختيروا من إدارة تعليم بيشة. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية لمدى توظيف المرشدين الطلابيين لبرمجيات الإرشاد الإلكترونية في مدارس تعليم بيشة جاءت بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مدى توظيف البرمجيات الإرشادية الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة على الدرجة الكلية، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة ومستوى المدرسة. وأوصت الدراسة إلى أهمية دعم مستوى استخدام المرشدين الطلابيين لتطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتزويد المدارس بأدوات الربط الإلكتروني، ووسائل الاتصالات الإلكترونية، وإثراء البرمجيات الإرشادية الإلكترونية وتطبيقاتها.
|b The Study aimed to reveal the extent to which indent counselors employ electronic counseling software in schools and the differences in them according to gender, years of experience and school level. The descriptive survey method was used. The Study sample consisted of (274) individuals, including (146) male counselors, and (128) female counselors, who were chosen from the Bisha Education the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The results showed that the total degree of the extent to which Student counselors employ electronic counseling software in Bisha education schools came to a great degree, and that there are no Statistically significant differences in the extent of employing electronic counseling software from the point of view of the Study sample on the total degree due to the variables of gender, years of experience and school level. The Study recommended the importance of supporting the level of Student counselor's use of information technology applications, providing schools with electronic connectivity tools, electronic means of communication, and enriching .electronic counseling software and its applications
