المستخلص: The study aimed to detect the levels of burnout among counselors In Makkah management teaching of the Holy Makkah City. Identify the dimensions of burnout among the members of the sample and its relationship to the following variables: (experience, level of education, specialization), and to identify the dimensions of burnout among the members of the sample and its relationship with some personal variables (social responsibility to control emotional). The study was applied to the sample amounted to 75 counselors psychologists specialists, and number 30 of the counselors from non-specialists, in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and the study used the tools scale Maslak combustible psychological, and a measure of the character of Gordon Allport, and the study results to the following: 1. that guides the students are exposed to the phenomenon of burnout with a high degree of dimensional (repeat stress emotional and repeat sag feelings) and moderately in after repeated feeling of lack of achievement, while exposed to the phenomenon of combustion in after me (the intensity of the stress and emotional intensity sag feeling) moderately exposed to the phenomenon of combustion degree after the high intensity of the lack of a sense of accomplishment, according to the measure of the combustion psychological Maslak . 2. that there are no statistically significant differences between mentor students in the dimensions of burnout (emotional stress and a sense of sag and lack of sense of accomplishment) are attributable to the following variables: experience in counseling, specialization, educational stage. 3. counselors who have received high grades in every feature of the four: responsibility, control, social, emotional, they were burning more than those who received low scores in the same attribute for each feature on the three dimensions of burnout T study results
